Sunshine pours through the large windows, creating a bright, cheerful atmosphere throughout. There’s comfy seating galore with sofas and chairs, plus a dining table with seating for four. This space flows seamlessly into the expansive family room, featuring two more sofas, a flat-screen TV, and two large dining tables that can accommodate up to 18 guests — perfect for gathering with friends and family. A convenient half bath is located nearby.
Down the hall, the fully equipped kitchen is ready for your group’s culinary adventures! You’ll find two stainless steel refrigerators, a stove, microwave, ice maker, dishwasher, two coffee pots, a walk-in pantry, and a breakfast bar. A laundry room on this level adds extra convenience.

The second floor features a cozy den with a sofa, TV, and sleeper sofa, plus another laundry room with a sink.
When it’s time to unwind, choose from eight inviting bedrooms:
The first floor includes two king bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and access to a covered porch — your own quiet corner to sip morning coffee or watch the sunset. There's also a bunk bedroom with nearby access to a half bath.
The second floor has two queen bedrooms, a bunk room with two bunk beds, and a kids’ bunk room with a bunk bed and two twin daybeds. Enjoy the outdoors from the covered deck on this level — perfect for lounging, reading, or catching up with loved ones.

The third floor offers a private king suite that feels like its own apartment! It includes a sitting area with a flat-screen TV, sleeper sofa, dining area, and wet bar. Step out onto your private "treetop" sundeck for a truly serene escape. The suite also includes a walk-in closet and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a garden tub, marble shower with vertical spa jets, hand-held shower, and private toilet closet.

Outside, the fenced backyard offers plenty of privacy, and there’s off-street parking for 4–5 vehicles. The location couldn’t be better — just a 4-minute walk to the beach, and only 2 minutes to shops and restaurants!
