The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place on South Dodge Street. 3 Bedrooms with Queen Beds, plus a 2 fold away Twin Beds to accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. Fully furnished unit with internet, washer and dryer in unit, and fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Free parking for 2 spots behind the unit, additional street parking by unit.

3 Bedrooms with Queen Beds. 2 Roll Out Twin Beds. 2 Full Bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Towels supplied.

There is a lockbox on the back door of the property with a key inside. Instructions will be sent the day of with the code.

The townhome was a wonderful stay for our family vacation. The location was close to everything. Townhome was kept nice and cold on a very hot weekend. Plenty of parking in back. We were very happy to have a nice place to visit our alma mater.

This townhouse had everything we needed for a weekend stay for a group of eight. Plenty of space, good parking behind the unit, unit was new and very clean. Only thing was that the walls were a little thin and we probably annoyed our neighbors.

Easy Iowa City Rental

Went with my sister-in-laws to visit my niece for the weekend. We each had our own room. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was in walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping and very convenient. Highly recommend!

Our overall stay at this vrbo was very good. There was initial miscommunication and we were sent to the wrong townhome in the complex when we arrived. There was somebody else staying where we had booked. I could not find a phone number to contact the host directly on the vrbo website, so I contacted the 1-800 vrbo site. The customer service person was very helpful in contacting the host and getting the mishap figured out. The host got a hold of me and apologized for the mix-up. It was an unnerving chunk of time getting this figured out, but once we were able to get into the new townhouse everything else about our stay went well. The townhouse was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family. We will definitely choose to stay in this rental again when we visit Iowa City.

Exceptionally clean, great location, safe, off-street parking, and walkable to lots of different things. The photos are very accurate, and the furnishings are minimal. The necessities are there, but we did not find the furniture especially comfortable. The beds do have Bambo mattresses, there are plenty of linens, and check in and out was very user-friendly. We had to add a person to our stay last minute, and the host didn’t add anything to the fees (I contacted ahead of time to make sure it was OK to change the booking from 2 adults to 3), which was really nice. Very spacious as well, and the first floor bedroom and full bathroom is terrific for mobility issues.

The townhouse was clean and very spacious. We had one issue with the door lock and the manager was responsive and it was resolved quickly. There were a few amenities that we are accustomed to having rentals stock standard that were not present. The online listing was accurate; we should have looked more carefully. The furniture was very low quality but serviceable. The smoke detectors malfunctioned during our second night and went off every couple of hours in the middle of the night and had to be reset manually. We had a very disruptive sleep.
