Relax in this modern, stylish space. Enjoy unique style in our eclectic apartment. This unit is separate from the main house for complete privacy. Come and go as you please with separate entrance and key lock box. To access the apartment walk between the garage and the main house to a small foyer where you will find the key box and the entry door, We are located near Boise's famous Boise river green-belt and foothills trails. Whether you're visiting friends and relatives or checking out the town, you'll love our apartment as your home base. We also have loaner bicycles and paddle boards (seasonal) available in adult and kid sizes.

This place was wonderful! Cute, very clean, and an adorable kiddo led us to our door. We mostly just showered and slept here as a stop on a busy vacation. I would absolutely love to stay here again.

A quiet location, close to beautiful hiking and running trails! The apartment is very clean, spacious and adorable. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Fantastic property for the price. Way better than basically anything I could find. Everything was super clean and the overall living space was really good. The bathroom was very nice and clean. I will most likely stay here again when I visit Boise.

Great little studio

We had a great stay in Boise. Chris was a great host, and the studio had everything we needed for our 3 day stay including a comfortable bed. Hopefully we will be able to stay here again the next time we come in to town.

Great studio near the foothills

I, my wife, and our friend really enjoyed our stay here. We were just minutes from the city center and great hikes in the foothills. Chris was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Our friend slept on the couch and she thought it was very comfortable.

I live in McCall & travel to Boise often for work. This was an important work weekend for me, so getting a good nights sleep in a clean & cozy place was high on my list. I simply loved this property, the neighborhood was so cute & Chris was super fast with a response to my wifi ?’s. Honestly it was perfect for me, I’ll definitely choose this location again.

We got our days mixed up and I accidentally booked for the night before I was supposed to come. When I realized my mistake the next day, Chris was so accommodating and allowed us to still come that night. We were wowed by the fun, bright & cozy ambiance-especially the amazing butterfly mosaic in the shower! This was a 10/10 stay and we will definitely be coming again!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The Sunset neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. it's also convenient to the Boise River Green Belt and a short walk from the famous Boise Foothills trails. Our nearest supermarket is a few blocks away - 15min walking or 5 by bike.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our apartment is built as a separate structure for privacy and quiet. It's unique and eclectic with hand made features including a custom tiled butterfly mosaiac in the large roll-in shower.
