Across the street from the beach, your cozy getaway awaits in Carolina Beach at this great 1954 cottage. 1200SF, with 2 bedrooms featuring a queen bed in master and 2 full beds in the other, along with 2 bathrooms with showers, and porch with queen sleeper sofa and additional dining table, this property is perfect for a small group of guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like W/D, and WiFi during your stay. And no stairs or elevator inside the house (1 step outside). Fall in love with Carolina Beach/Kure Beach and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Walk across the street to 2 beach accesses 1 min away. Also pet friendly up to 2 dogs. Great location just off Carolina Beach! Tons of amenities within this cottage including two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a large all-season porch and a private patio area. This is our second time staying at this property and we will definitely be back!

Cathy is a great hos & very helpful. The location of this house is exceptional & the privacy fence is perfect for dogs. The house is an older beach house, but it was very clean and the main bedroom was plenty of space for the pack & play for the baby!

Great stay!

Very comfortable house with ample beach and bath towels. Location and ease of parking can’t be beat! Communication with host was super fast. I’ll be back!

Beach cottage

The property is in a great spot and the house is adorable. When we arrived the floors were filthy and we swept up piles of dirt. The outdoor shower was in pieces and didn’t work. The beds weren’t comfortable and were covered in old plastic mattress covers. When I left a message to the host about the dirt and shower I received no response.

What a wonderful vacation! Our cottage was perfect and beautiful. It has everything you need for your vacation. Very clean and stocked. Perfect location and right across from the ocean! Can't wait for our next trip! Cathy is so nice and will respond right away if you have any needs.

21st Bday

This property was absolutely beautiful and stunning! I live in Wilmington already but my mom was in town to help me celebrate my birthday and we are beach lovers and I decided to rent this cottage and it fulfilled everything that was posted on VRBO. When we woke up, the beach was right across the street and when we wanted to explore it was just close enough to see great restaurants and shops. When I needed to get in contact with Cathy, she was quick to respond and helpful. If you are looking for an easy-going perfect getaway with a kind and helpful host This is the perfect spot for you! I'm originally from Southern Indiana, then Raleigh as of 1999. My son and I live in Carolina Beach now full time. Have had houses here (including rentals) since 2002. Currently this is the only weekly rental I am managing. I've owned it since last Spring. Originally we had a property manager but I took it over myself last Nov in order to provide better service to guests. (It was managed privately by the previous owners), And we have a lot of repeat guests so we want to keep that up.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This house is in an ideal location right between Carolina Beach and Kure Beach/Ft Fisher. So short walk across the street to the beach (2 accesses) and a quick drive to either town to enjoy the restaurants/shops, parks, and festivals. 5-8 min drive to the Aquarium and Ferry to Southport. Although on the main road, the house is set back off the road and feels private and cozy.

Location, dog friendly with fenced yard, One story/ground floor. Parking for 3 cars in front of house. House has nice gathering places including kitchen island (from a movie set!), living room, enclosed sun porch with queen sleeper sofa and dining table, and large outdoor space with dining table + other chairs.
