Spacious Beachy Bungalo One Block From Ocean

*Top Unit Only* I live in the bottom units. Upstairs, greets you with a large front porch with outdoor seating, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with pull-out couch, kitchen with bar area, dining room with large table, and large back deck with seating. Rooms are spacious and inviting, offering a classic beachy feel but with modern amenities. Kitchen has an air fryer, coffee maker/Keurig. TVs have Roku and are logged into a Netflix account. Home is one block from the beach with canal view, and beach access on both sides of the block. Outdoor shower. Linens and bath towels provided. I know you're there on vacation and have fun, and I want you to have an amazing trip, just be respectful of the property and neighbors. There's only enough parking for 3 cars for you, I park on the right side so you have to keep the long stretch clear.

Our stay was for 3 nights. The bedrooms were very comfortable and everything was clean. Nice big fridge and kitchen with air fryer. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nice to be close enough to walk to beach and down town.

Great spot for our weekend get away with our kiddos and furbaby!! Within walking distance to restaurants and the boardwalk, comfy beds and plenty of room to hang out but also to spread out. We loved the covrted porch and the living room with plenty of seating. Would highly recommend this place to others!

The house is very centrally located and within walking distance to the boardwalk and some nice restaurants. There is a wagon for guests use which made the short walk to the beach very easy to manage with all the beach gear. The host was extremely responsive when we needed to contact him.

Excellent stay. Beautiful, spacious house with great sitting areas in the front and back yards to enjoy views of the inter coastal. Plenty of amenities, extra towels, and full sized appliances to ensure a comfortable stay. The host was more than accommodating and was flexible to provide the ultimate comfortable experience. Would highly recommend to any needing a relaxing getaway.
