This is an exceptional rental for the Orlando area! The gated community has great amenities to enjoy. The rental house itself was perfect for our needs. The fact that this unit has an adjoined wall on only one side and you have grass on the other is an added bonus. Not that we heard our neighbors at all but the added yard space was nice. The unit comes with a designated parking space and walking to the clubhouse is very close. I4 is just east and exploring the four corners district to the west was new to us and nice as well. Would definitely recommend this unit for those looking for an Orlando vacation and I may book it again for my next trip there.

Photos were great - location in complex was fantastic. Everything was exactly like they said and was very relaxing and enjoyable time. Great location, lot close by, especially Disney. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Great location in the resort.

Close to the clubhouse which Is awesome. The condo itself is great, exactly as advertised. However some furniture does need updating. The management are great to deal with. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Cheerleader competition

Came down for summit competition. The townhouse is lovely but the beds are hard. One bed has a noticeable dent in the middle of it. Overall it was a great experience.

Things we noticed during our stay: seems the heating /cooling system constantly is running and water condensation is dripping out of the air intake into the carpet at the top of the stairs the upstairs on suite bathroom on the right when first up the stairs is constantly running the wheel on bottom rack of dishwasher is missing the dryer constantly turns off during its cycle skimmer cover keeps displacing from skimmer there is a barstool chair crossbar that keeps pulling out ice machine needs to be defrosted

Many things wrong with our stay unfortunately

Communication with host was very dificult. Im still waiting on a reply from the 4th about our concerns. Pool heater was confirmed it would be warm enough on our arrival as it was requested in advance. It wasnt warm enough for 1.5 days to swim even though we paid an additional 25 a day extra.Bring tp they give you a very small roll per bathroon. At least 5 light bulbs were out. Dishwasher was broke and we only found out after we asked about it. Disney is not 5 mins away like the host says in their description.

Great place for a family vacation !

Our family really enjoyed our stay despite little confusion at check-in . We switched to a US SIM card upon arrival in the US and so did not get the final instructions that were sent via SMS that day but after we left Canada , We arrived after midnight and went to the Scandi office to pick up the instructions from the box as per previous email instructions and there was nothing there .We called the emergency number and eventually made contact with Scandi who sent the instructions to our new US number . The rep was very concerned and helpful.. The security guard at Paradise Palms was pleasant and welcoming . The house was clean and pool was warm as we requested and we celebrated New Years Eve with a dip in the pool before bed .We did have an issue with the the furnace running continuously in the middle of the night and had to flip the circuit breaker to get it to stop .the pool heat also went off .we contacted Scandi first thing in the morning and they were therewithin hours to replace the thermostat and fix the pool . there was no can opener and no cookie sheet to be able to cook things like chicken fingers and fries and pizza in the oven for the kids, so bought a can opener and cookie sheet and left it for the next guests . We loved the convenience of the washer and dryer but Two days before we left the washer stopped working . We emailed Scandi but it was not fixed before we left .

Spacious home, private pool was a great amenity, resort facilities and staff were excellent

To start, I would definitely stay here again. The home had plenty of space even with a party of nine, and was very quiet at night for sleeping. The resort facilities (pool, tiki bar, gym, movie theater, arcade...) were excellent. Just a couple items for improvement: I received an email from the property manager a couple weeks before arrival with check-in instructions, so I saved this and printed it. The instructions stated to go to the property manager office (just 1-2 miles from the home) and use a lockbox to pick up a key and welcome envelope. Well, we arrived at 1:00 AM on our flights and drove there to find an empty box. I had to call the poor rep to wake her up to find out how to check in. Come to find out, they had sent an email at 3:00 PM with different instructions while I was traveling. In the process of getting through airports, I did not notice this email (had they not sent the earlier one, I might have been looking closer for one). Long story short, they need to improve on the communication for checking in. Also, there was no info on arrival about the facilities or directions for checking out. The AC was only working intermittently, but to their credit a maintenance person arrived within an hour to find there was a leak and fixed that problem.

Graduation Trip

Our family recently stayed at this property while visiting theme parks and celebrating nieces graduation. House/furnishings were as pictured. We did have issue upon check in of the air unit not working but even though we arrived after the office had closed the property management had someone out within the hour to get the unit running. Our only negative take away would be that the mattresses are basic fabric covered springs. Not very comfortable at all. Overall the house was clean and very convenient to the theme parks, shopping and dining. We would recommend to others.

Vacation 2020

We had a wonderful vacation as we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary. The check in was smooth, the house was clean but the only disappointment was the furniture. In two of the bedrooms the mattresses were sunken, the dinette chairs were shabby with the upholstery flaking off on the floor. It was reported, it is our hope that they will be replaced soon. We definitely hope to return in the near future.

Rocky start but overall good stay

We booked this property on Monday with an arrival on Thursday with payment made in full the day we booked. However, Tuesday I received an email saying that due to our arrival being within 5 days of booking that we had to check-in in person and present valid ID and the credit card used to book the rental, unfortunately that was not possibly as we wouldn’t be arriving until after 10pm. It took multiple calls over two days to get this resolved. Jackie was very helpful but the other staff people answering were rude at best. After Jackie resolved the issue by allowing us to pre-register we had no further issues. The beds were uncomfortable but that’s expected from a rental. There was an issue with the freezer & the AC, but FloridaScani resolved those over the phone. The master bath didn’t drain but that was fixed the next day. Overall, the house is as great for our party of 8! 4 bathrooms were a major plus and we were excited about having a pool but never got in. All in all, this was definitely a property we would consider renting again!

My family had a great time. The townhome was lovely. If I had to make one complaint, was I called for two days to get someone to come fix the shower-head that sat on the bathroom sink. I’m sure whoever cleaned the property saw the shower head broken unless he/she broke it. Never the less, that shower was never able to be used because no one came out to fix it.

Good overall but extremely poor WiFi and cell connectivity

Good overall. Location is good for both Disney and Universal. Lots of space. Good water pressure however the bathtub drain is clogged and slow in master bedroom. The WiFi has an extremely limited range. Also no cell service in the house. could not even use cell phone for phone calls or internet in most of the house. Would not stay again because of this issue alone. Everything else was great.

Perfect

The location and amenities were perfect for our family. We loved how spacious the townhouse was and how secure we felt staying here. It was so nice to be able to cook our own meals, play games and swim all while being together. We also appreciated how close we were to be able to get gas or run to Target not to mention all the other family locations Orlando has to offer. We will highly recommend to others as well as stay here again when we return!
