Nouvellement conçus et fournis par dessus designer d'intérieur avec des meubles de haute qualité trouvés dans les meilleurs hôtels. Grand salon avec un grand écran plat HDTV théâtre de la maison. Séparée superbe salle à manger qui peut accueillir confortablement six. Gourmet cuisine en granit avec tous les appareils en acier inoxydable. Immense suite chambre des maîtres avec très belle lit King size. La grande salle de bains principale est joliment décoré avec bain romain. Les deux chambres de la Reine et de la chambre à deux lits sont décidément à l'aise et le plus impressionnant. Les deuxième et troisième salles de bains sont bien conçus dans les moindres détails. Tous les quatre chambres sont équipées de téléviseurs à écran plat et surmatelas. La piscine chauffée a une clôture enceinte et la sécurité des enfants projeté ainsi que toutes les portes sont alarmé pour la sécurité des enfants. It was great to have the space of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Adequate toilet paper, dishwashing soap and laundry detergent was provided for our 3 night stay. It was great to not have to buy a sponge or anything like that. The house was in a quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants. Not far from Disney or route 429 if you are heading toward Tampa. Would stay again at the property.

Kitchen had everything for cooking and cleaning. Comfy couches and beds. Only "difficulty" was getting the pool heating system to work. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Host was awesome and attentive. Went the extra mile for a small fee to put balloons in the place for my son’s birthday for me and a card. Definitely a birthday he will not forget! Everything was beautiful and spacious and the clubhouse definitely had things to offer like the pool a small bar and a place for coffee and ice cream as well as a movie theater where movies are played 3 times a day. Only down side was the heater for the private pool was down. My significant other isn’t a fan of being out in public pools so we usually swim in private pools where we stay but the heater was not working so the pool was to cold. But again everything else was perfect and amazing and we would for sure stay here again!!!!

The house is very large and modern. It seems new. Little private pool must be nice in aummer, cold now. The only thing was the a/c unit had difficulty fully cooling the house. Will be letting the host know. We were overall very happy.

Perfect option for an extended stay in Orlando

The property was great and had a lot of space and amenities (we are a family of four). Good location too - about 30 minutes from the Disney parks and 35-40 from the Universal parks. Price was good too especially when compared against an extended stay at a hotel (we were in Orlando for 6 nights). Definitely worth considering.

This home was absolutely fantastic. It fit my family of 6 just right. We left our stroller at home, but luckily there were a few baby amenities on the property, like a stroller! The home was very clean! The host is easy to communicate with and very pleasant. I'd book again!

Overall, we had a good stay, and the house worked well for our family. The location was convenient for everything we did around Disney, with most parks about 20–30 minutes away depending on traffic. The gated community with a 24-hour security guard made the area feel safe, and parking right outside the front door was very convenient.Check-in through the gate was easy, and communication with the host was good and timely. Wi-Fi worked well, and the AC kept the house comfortable during our stay.The home was generally clean but could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. The floors were a bit dirty, and the carpets and rugs looked like they could use a deeper clean. It felt more like a quick turnover clean rather than a detailed one.Kitchen supplies were very limited. There were only a few utensils, and the knives were dull. Basic items like dish towels, pot holders, scissors, cooking spray, and pantry basics like salt and pepper were missing. We ended up buying trash bags, dishcloths, and a few other small items during our stay.Bathroom supplies were also minimal, so longer stays should expect to pick up a few extra things.The master bedroom mattress is fairly worn with noticeable divots, although we were told the other beds were comfortable.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the home worked well for our trip.

Stayed for eight nights. Noticed water damage on the ceiling in the first day or two but assumed it had been alleviated (things happen of course). On the last night, while looking for my daughter's lost stuffed animal, we found extensive mold in the closets as well as the bathroom we didn't use. The mold exposure caused rashes on my two toddlers as well as other symptoms in the three adults. Symptoms didn't clear until we had been out of the house for almost a week. Host was frustrated that we waited until the last day to tell them even though we informed them immediately upon finding it (we don't use closets at short-term rentals). I refused a one night refund for this stay so she said she won't do anything at all. Note that Kilz paint was found under the sink and spots in the closet were clearly painted over with it. If you book this location, please thoroughly inspect the ceilings of all the closets and bathrooms prior to unloading your stuff.

Great place!

We really loved it here and had a great time at the clubhouse. The first floor bedroom worked perfect for my elderly mother. The owner was very responsive and check in was so easy and the gate attendant was so nice to us. It was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely come back next year.

Perfect vacation home

This home is beautiful, clean, spacious and close to disney. Perfect place to stay with a family. My kids loved the house. I would never rent a hotel again after staying in this home.

I reside in NJ and try as much as possible to travel to our Townhouse whenever the grandchildren are on school holidays. Our Townhouse is also our vacation home, and we take great pride in sharing it with our guests.

We always knew that Florida would be a place to have our second home, especially considering that we reside in the cold north. This is a place we want to travel to during our winter months, when we finally retire, and as well as a place where our children and theirs could enjoy their vacations at. Besides that, we are only a couple of hours away by air from NJ so this was another plus in choosing Kissimmee. We chose Paradise Palms because it's central to everything we would ever need. We're an hour from the beaches and being centrally located, we can travel to any destination we want to in Kissimmee.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Paradise Palms is an upscale resort. Their standards are very high and their grounds are always immaculate. We love the fact that it's also a gated community thus giving you a sense of security. Our children can continue the fun in the club house from the indoor game room and theatre room to the outdoor pool, tennis, volleyball and basketball grounds plus enjoy the heated pool when we return from a long day out at the parks. There is so much to do at the resort that you don't even need to step out of the site at all.
