By booking this property, you agree to the following rules:
-No Pets: We cannot accommodate pets. Evidence of an animal will result in additional cleaning fees.
-No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside or on the balcony. If smoke odor is detected, additional cleaning fees will apply.
-No Parties: Gatherings or parties are not permitted on the premises. Violations of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.
-Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM (Okaloosa County law). Violations of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.
-Maximum Occupancy: This condo accommodates a maximum of 2 guests, in accordance with Okaloosa County regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in penalties, including potential eviction and fines. If a fine is imposed due to guests exceeding the agreed occupancy limit, the guests will be responsible for covering the cost of the fine.
-Cleaning Policy: The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning. If excessive mess (e.g., trash, dirty dishes) is left, a $25 fee will apply.
