The Space:

The lake views spark beauty and awe while the homes interior brings family and friends together for a vacation of comfort, warmth, and fun!



The living room is furnished with modern touches, flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace, and comfortable seating. The kitchen is steps away and equipped with a drip coffee maker, brand new stove, blender, and more. Feel right at home with homemade meals with your loved ones.



The deck is the perfect place to watch the sunset and get cozy around the fire pit. You'll find extraordinary lake views and ultimate tranquility here! Dine outside and grill up some burgers on the gas BBQ. Don't forget about the hot tub in the lower deck! It's the best way to unwind after a long drive up the mountains.



The primary bedroom houses a king bed with a couch ensuite. There are 3 other bedrooms with a queen bed, twin over twin bunk bed, and two twin beds, respectively.



- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 pets, with an additional Pet Fee of $35 per pet per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing pets, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

Not the greatest

The stove top was cracked. The stove and the dishwasher both were not working properly. The dishwasher did not work at all. The property management company was helpful and easy to communicate with but still nothing was fixed. A man showed up out of the blue and walked around the house to service the spa without us knowing. Sending my wife Into the bedroom, locking the door calling me on the phone while I was at the grocery store.

Lovely place

The house was lovely. What I appreciated most was the hot tub being on, so there was no need to try and find instructions and wait for it to heat up
 after a long day of traveling it was nice to get in and relax. I also appreciate the two iPhone charging pads on the night stands
 just these little expected things made our stay all that much enjoyable

Nice home, very clean.

We appreciated the neatness and cleanliness of the bathrooms especially. Nice to have supplies too. One of the reasons we chose this property was because of so many bathrooms! Even though we didn’t use them all it was nice to have. There was some damage that I’m sure was old (crack in window, on stovetop and outside table) but totally did not affect performance. All the decks were great. Hot tub very clean. Lots of towels available. Close to restaurants. I really have no complaints. Thanks to the owner and property manager for a very nice property! I would think anyone would enjoy staying here.

Super clean property

The Snowshoe cabin is just as pictured, super clean with a beautiful view. Hot tub was ready for us to use and also very clean. We would certainly recommend this property to others.

Great home for families

We had a great stay at this property and it matches the description and pictures. However, there are a couple of things that future renters should be aware of: First, the master suite upstairs with the amazing view and private deck doesn’t have a closet or anywhere to hang clothes. Also, there is no covering over the large sliding glass door so you will be up with the sun whether you want to be or not. This theme of morning sun runs throughout the house. All bedrooms are bright as day when the sun is up despite some windows having what look like thick shades. Second, the fully functioning fire pit and outdoor grill which are prominently featured in the ad are apparently not to be used due to some vague permitting issue that was not mentioned until after we had been there for a few days. Had we known grilling wasn’t an option, we would not have rented this property because cooking at home for us means grilling. We ended up eating out more than planned because of this. Finally, the electric bear barrier on the front door was not mentioned nor were instructions provided on how to disable it which led to some painful trial and error.

Triple Decker Delight

We have rented at least 30 houses in Tahoe. From the perspective of cleanliness, homelike feeling, good management, ease of access this is by far the number one property. When it come to decks and deck space with nice views this place rocks. It has three decks! The primary suite is really nice with a fantastic bathroom and it’s own private deck. Very peaceful location as well, no road noise.

Good location near Palisades skiing! Kitchen stocked with some quality equipment and an induction stove. Plenty of showers so no one has to wait when they come back after skiing. Master bedroom balcony has great view but no curtains, bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep past sunrise.

Charming, great location to see Lake Tahoe

Middle Deck will get much use if you love star gazing and the relaxing smell of the pines while you end your day around the firepit. Hot tub is a bonus and fits 4 to 5 comfortably. View of lake is slightly limited but when the moon shines down on it..... Spectactular. Comfy beds, updated baths and decor, and plenty of space for everyone. Best side of the lake to be on to have a mix of both the South and North side activities. Close to hiking trails and state park entrances. Make sure to make time for a meal at Garwoods.

Great family getaway!

We loved our stay at this property! The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and has amazing views of Lake Tahoe. We are a family of five and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. This house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a nice bonus! We will be back!

Really nice property

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room, the view was really nice. Only minor complaints are: (1) The kitchen/living area is a little dark. It made it a little hard to cook and work on jigsaw puzzles. (2) Some of the window coverings in the primary bedroom upstairs need to be re-hung. Without them, it is hard to sleep beyond sunrise. (3) No washcloths anywhere in the house. These are all small complaints. We liked the place and would stay there again.

Perfect, Clean, and Beautiful!

We had the BEST time in this beautiful home and will 100% stay again. It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed with three beautiful decks overlooking the lake. It was a great and relaxing place to enjoy with friends with plenty of space and gorgeous bathrooms.

My stay mid January

The house has a good view and I like the neighborhood it's close to Paige Meadows. If you enjoy puzzles, this house is designed all in angles.

Cozy getaway

This place is a cozy getaway that was a great fit for six adult couples. There were a couple smaller bedrooms attached to the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms, though, so I imagine it'd be great for families too. We loved the open floor plan and its close proximity to Tahoe City (5 min drive) and Squaw Valley (15-20 mins). The beds were comfy and the hot tub was a nice addition. Our only complaint was there being a fair amount of debris from what looked to be the hot tub packaging left in the backyard. Other than that, a lovely stay!

Property was as advertized. Nice lake view and an unconventonalroomlay out.

The location was centrally located for our family, friends and hiking trails. The cabin is better for families with small children than 8 adults. Everything worked, beds comfortable and clean with a level of expected wear and tear.
