Timeless elegance meets unparalleled quality and craftsmanship in this custom-built home with breathtaking views of the lake, located in the exclusive sought after neighborhood of Jackson Ridge, Reynolds Lake Oconee. An amazing elevated view is enjoyed from the sparkling pool, hot tub, and oversized outdoor bluestone patio terraced with endless entertaining spaces, outdoor living and dining area, outdoor kitchen, arbor, fireplace, fire pit, private boat dock, a stunning home office with a hospitality bar, fireplace, multiple balconies, home gym with sauna, family and home theatre room, and fabulous wine cellar. The 9,300 sq ft home enjoys three bedroom suites with own baths and two bedrooms that share a bath which includes a large walk-in steam shower. There is also a king Murphy bed in the terrace living area that has access to a full bath. There are an additional two half-baths on the main level. From the moment you drive through the stone-lined pebble driveway with pavers, you will be impressed with the professionally landscaped property with blue stone front porch, terraces and outdoor areas. Grand entry features a gorgeous foyer and sweeping staircase. The great room offers floor to ceiling masonry stone fireplace and was designed for entertaining offering large windows overlooking the lake. The timeless dining room is a masterpiece itself with walls covered by hand-painted American scenes designed by Zuber from France, who has papered walls for kings and tycoons, which is still hanging in the White House. The master suite on the main level offers incredible lake views with spa-like master bathroom. The large kitchen was designed to impress the discerning chef with commercial grade appliances, double ovens, steamer, Miele coffee machine, breakfast area adjacent to the beautiful screened porch with bluestone fireplace. Butler's pantry is equipped with Subzero wine fridge, Miele dishwasher and sink. Take the elevator to the second floor where you will find a large living/family room with lake balcony, breakfast/coffee bar, refrigerator,two oversized suites with en-suite baths. The lower terrace level is made for gatherings with the large family room, home theatre room, custom bar with dishwasher, sink, refrigerator, ice maker. There are two utility rooms including a shower on the lower level and a fisherman's sink outside. The lower level utility room also has an additional full size refrigerator and freezer. Above the 3-car garage is a large bonus room with 2 queen beds on the bottom bunks and 2 twin xl beds on the top bunks. The bonus room also features a full bath, a breakfast table, and a kitchenette equipped with a full size refrigerator, cooktop, coffee maker, and microwave. There is also access to 2 garage bays. Come stay in our house and enjoy the natural beauty of Reynolds with 21+ miles of walking trails on app and plenty of excellent boating/fishing.
