Nos suites ont toutes été récemment rénovées et sont le giron de luxe. Nouveau carrelage dans toute la suite avec de nouveaux meubles en cuir européen, Internet grand TV écran plat et de magnifiques cuisines gastronomiques, granit comptoirs de cuisine avec sous les éviers de montage. Les cuisines sont complètes avec tout ce dont vous avez absolument besoin, sans retenue dans cette suite. Plongez dans une nuit de repos agréable ou regarder un film et se réveiller reposé et prêt pour votre journée. Les salles de bains ont des douches en verre fermé toutes les marques nouvelles de cadre moins! Cette suite est un endroit où vous pouvez vraiment revenir après une soirée pour vous détendre et en profiter! Aussi, si vous souhaitez un Pack N Play pour un enfant, veuillez en demander un. Le coût pour cela est un supplément de 25 $. 00

Location was EXCELLENT! Rob and Wayne were such nice people, always asking if we needed anything. We felt very safe... The place just needs some repairs :)

Great place to stay if you are looking for a nice beach break without the city crowd. Very close to a nice beach , to move around better to have a car .

Nice location. Steps to the beach.

Close to nearby attractions. Sometimes, it can get loud at night as the room seems to have no sound proof from outside the e noise. Overall, very nice place to stay.

Location & Cleanliness....any time I had a question management was there in under 5 min.

Very clean, fab location, great staff and owner.....wish all my stays in various places had been as good as this....Definitely the gold standard.

LBTS in January

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely stay in Wayne’s property. It is a block away from the beach and all the activities of downtown. The apartment is updated, clean and comfortable. There are 3 tv’s so everyone can be entertained at the same time. We hope to stay there again next year!

Location and great value.

The place is very quiet, comfortable and well maintained. The best feature is the location. Within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants downtown. The ocean is so close, and they provide you with chairs and umbrella. The manager Rob is there 24/7 and all you have to do is ask him and he will take care of anything you need. The owner Wayne visits quite often and is just as helpful.

30 days in Lauderdale

The property location is perfect. Very close to bars restaurants and the beach. Was there for 30 days and didn’t move my car. The accommodations were as advertised although I had a two bedroom and none of my friends came down! The owner and Rob were extremely nice and attentive. I’m coming back next year!

Awesome, get away!

Property owner answered any and all questions in a timely manner. Property manager that lived on the premises was kind, courteous and super attentive. Property was very close to the beach and within walking distance of all restaurants and bars, we will definitely stay again five stars for sure!

Experienced a family tragedy while vacationing in Florida. Both Wayne and Rob could not have been nicer and more accommodating to my situation. Don't hesitate to book a stay you will not be disappointed.

Great Location

Absolutely fantastic location. About a block from all th restaurants and the beach! It was wonderful to be able to walk to everything and be able to go back and forth! I didn’t like that place smells like cigarette smoke (from the neighbors I think) and the ally next to the main bedroom can get loud at night (from people walking and the bars). However, Wayne was very attentive whenever we had issues and we definitely enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous location with the beach,, restaurants and shops around the corner. Rob was the grounds keeper, did an outstanding job and was so friendly. He went out of his way to return a couple of items we left behind. We were so grateful to him. He is an asset.

Wayne and Rob couldn’t be more accommodating.Rob was on-site and if there was even the smallest problem he was there immediately to fix it.He went far beyond anything we could have expected.Will be back again.Dont think we would be happier anywhere else

Great Place to Stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was extremely clean, as well as, the outside property. What me really made me happy is that I did not see one bug in the apartment the whole week we were there. It's in a great location. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and as close as you can possibly get to the restaurants and bars. Wayne answered my email right away whenever I had a question and Ron was wonderful. He's very friendly and polite and always asking us if we needed anything. My husband didnt want me to give a high rating because he's worried that everbody will want to book a stay here and then there won't be any vacancy when we want to come back. Lol. But honestly, I highly recommend staying here. I know we will be back!!!

8 day stay

Overall our stay was very nice. Location Location Location! Very close to the beach and restaurants. From an over 60, woman’s perspective, I’ll make some suggestions. A full length mirror on back of a door would be nice. Real wash cloths, in lieu of poly car rags, (which Rob corrected as soon as I asked), poly cloths dry before you can reach your face, a bigger coffee pot, beach umbrella was perfect, beach chairs that we could carry, were okay, a wagon was really needed, I would suggest adding to amenities, w/wagon we could have used the heavier beach chairs, a non slip bathroom rug, once sand is on the floor it is hazardous, shower hand grips are suggested , had to be very careful, if holding the door handle to steady, it swings open. Overall location was what it was all about and our stay was very enjoyable. Thank you Wayne and Rob!

Great spot for a stay in LBTS, literally steps from restaurants and beach. Rooms are nice and roomy, great water pressure for the shower! The host Wayne is great to talk to and responds to any questions. Highly recommended and we'll be back also!

Our time at Fort Lauderdale by the sea

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect! No need for a car even. Grocery store near by as well. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk. We would love to stay here again!

Spring Break 2022

The location was perfect for our trip. Very close to the beach and restaurants. We walked everywhere! The area is quaint and offers many options for dining out.
