DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS MAN. Booked and paid to stay in this property arrived in Miami airport after travelling 20 hours with my 1 year old granddaughter. He sent the details of how to access the property then whilst in the taxi he sends message to say the property is not available for that night and we would need to stay in a property 12 MILES away. We had no choice but to stay in the property as we had nowhere to go. We paid for another taxi to the property only to find it was in the middle of nowhere. No shops restaurant etc. it is a good job I had family who could come and bring water milk etc I informed him that the toilet was blocked then in the morning let him know it was still blocked. We then had to get another taxi back to the original property. I received a message saying that we had out wipes down the toilet which was completely untrue as I do not use them and never have. So he is now trying to say that he won’t refund the cost of taxis and inconvenience as we allegedly blocked the toilet which is just an excuse. The property itself was in good location but it is quite dated and the outside is scruffy hence why there are no photographs.

Cute rental close to everything. Easy beach access. And a short walk to Lauderdale by the Sea.

Amazing time

Location was perfect. The beach was a few minutes walking distance. Publix grocers right across the street. The owner was easy to deal with and any issues were dealt with asap. Overall, I would definitely visit again.

Perfect spot for a beach vacation

The proximity to the beach was perfect. Quick walk to the village of LBTS with wonderful eateries and cocktails, live music and energizing vibe. The apartment was sufficient for our needs and the host provided great communication.

Great Location

Close walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store was across the street. However, inside the property smelled like smoke and heat was on when we arrived, despite it being 80 degrees out. The property fairly clean but had old cabinets, cookware and uncomfortable and worn couch. Beach towels and chairs were also old, with some unusable. Marks were on the walls and ceiling. Bathrooms were only partially updated. I would not stay there again.

Great getaway!

We had plenty of space for 3 adults and the location was great. So close to the beach and anything you might need on vacation. I would stay here again!

Great location, mediocre accommodation

Unit is in a great location, everything is walkable. Unit is spacious but linens were in very poor condition, felt old and dirty. We didn’t have proper linens for one bed. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. My daughter left with a sore back. “Pull out couch” for two people was extremely uncomfortable. Half of the couch was as hard as a board.

Family vacation

The apartment was clean and well-suited for our family. We liked its proximity to the shopping center and Lauderdale by the Sea. I did not like having to provide a photo identification for each member of our family. This seemed excessive.

amazing location

The property was located walking distant to the beach. Grocery store across the street. Apartment was spacious, clean and the beds (king size in both bedrooms) were very comfortable. doesn't look fancy from the outside but was in a safe area and perfect for us and our adult grandson.

Great location for families

I enjoyed my stay. The rental is as described in the ad. The kitchen had basic pot, pans, and light utensils but if you’re looking to cook a large meal, you may find it lacking. I like that the rental was on the ground level so I didn’t have to walk up and down with luggage. The rental had umbrellas, chairs, and beach towel to use so that was nice. I wish there were a few extra bath towels (4 only) but we made do. They dried fast enough. You can’t beat the location. You’re next to a supermarket, Dunkin’, CVS, liquor store, and dollar tree. Everything you need is across the street. The beach is 2 blocks away and plenty of restaurants and shops 10 min walk away. I would definitely come back.
