Consider my fun and relaxing newly renovated, pet friendly beach cottage with an outdoor oasis! This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage in Delray Beach is ideal for families and couples. The backyard features a fire pit, swing, grill, dining area, and outdoor shower. Inside, enjoy modern appliances, Wi-Fi, TVs, a wine fridge, and an extra-large bathtub. Just 1.5 miles from the beach and 0.8 miles from Atlantic Ave. Parking for 5 cars, with space for a small boat or RV. Ride one of the two inlcuded beach cruisers to the beach or the Avenue in less than 10 minutes.
** This house will be listed for sale starting on July 1st, 2025. If you agree to rent you will have to agree to allow for showings of the house with a 24 hour notice. I understand this is not ideal for most renters. If you are open to this please message me and I can offer a discount on the rent. If the home sells while you are an occupant you would not need to leave early.
