* 4 Bedrooms: Two bedrooms in the Main House and Two bedrooms in the Guest House
* 3 Separate units: 1 in the main house, 1 downstairs in the guest house, and 1 upstairs in the guest house. Each unit has its own kitchen, bathroom and living room. (Main house has 2 bathrooms) * Outdoor Oasis: Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Firepit, Gas Grill and Outdoor Dining Area

We loved everything but the smell of the dry cleaners next door when the air blew our way, and planes fly over all day and nite. The kids actually enjoyed the planes coming over and they got to see Air Force One fly right over the house!!! lol The House is very nice and kids loved the pool! Close proximity to everything . Host went out of his way to accommodate us!!! Great diner next door and many other eating spaces. Location is great for access to all areas of west Palm Beach. We would rent again!

Fantastic property!

We had an amazing stay at this incredible property. For starters, the host was quick to answer any questions and was very accommodating. The home was very clean, well stocked, and the host took care of details that were very nice such as a bottle of wine in the fridge and Keurig cups for our coffee. The check in process was simple and there was detailed information provided about the property and the amenities. The home is extremely charming, beautifully renovated, and tastefully decorated. The lay out with the main house and the guest house worked perfectly for us as we visited with our adult children and everyone had plenty of private space but also great space in the courtyard in between where we could all be together. The courtyard between the two buildings was incredible with a pool, hot tub, fire pit, loungers, and plenty of seating for everyone. We also enjoyed the convenient location in this historic district with several restaurants and bars within walking distance. We have stayed at many vrbo rentals and this was one of the best. I would highly recommend this property.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love this neighborhood because it is close to everything! Everything is within a 10 minute drive and there are a dozen restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is full of houses that are close to 100 years old and has a special feeling when you walk around. It really is a great place for a stroll. And we are only 2 blocks from the intracoastal! Always fun to watch the boats go by.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This is a charming house that offers accommodations for up to 12 guests. There is a front house with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area. The back guest house has an upstairs suite and a downstairs suite. Each suite has a bedroom, full kitchen and additional living room. We have set up the upstairs living room as a game room with PacMan, NBA Jam and a Foosball table. The master suite in the main house is stunning, with a King Bed, en suite full bath, walk in closet and desk. The whole property has fast WiFi and there is a TV in each of the main rooms. This would be a great house for a family retreat - there are really three separate units each with its own kitchen and bathrooms so sharing with others is really easy!
