➢ We need to register the gate access for each guests. Kindly provide your full name, driver license photo copy, driver license, vehicle license plate number at least 2 days ahead before your check-in date.

➢ Only Dog under 25 pounds is allowed. There is a pet fee of $50 per pet and per stay, maximum of 1 dog only and cats aren't allowed . Please clean/pickup after your pet

➢ Garage and driveway available for parking. Please do not park in the street, your vehicle may be towed

➢ No cable available but you can use your own streaming account such as Netflix etc.

➢ We only have charcoal grill, and you need to bring your own charcoal to use. You also need to close the patio door when using the grill, fire alarm may ring.
