I am a price to quality ratio type guy. This place scored great. You can tell it is taken care of by the people who own it and not a management company. It was exactly what we needed to sleep and relax at night as we spent the days outside enjoying the beautiful fall weather.

This was an unexpected delight, not that we were expecting something terrible. It was perfectly appointed and just the right amount of space for two people. Nestled back in a wooded area in a quiet neighborhood, it was nice and the evenings were a welcome respite for our day's activities. The hosts were awesome from beginning to end. Very communicative and available if needed. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!Note: The is a small fridge, a hot plate and a microwave for any food you may want to cook/warm up. Also, this property is about 20 minutes away from the Indianapolis Convention Center!

Beautiful room and peaceful area

I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a very nice place to stay. Thank you so much to the owners for providing the perfect spot I was looking for.

Points forts : Arrivée
Points faibles : Communication, exactitude de l’annonce
There is not a comfortable seat to sit and watch TV. In fact they are extremely uncomfortable. The place is frigid and you can't do anything about it. The combination gave my husband a backache which is now still ongoing over a week later. Steps to the unit are not mentioned in the description and they are steep. We are 75 years old. This was a horrible choice for us. It might be for you too!
