Unwind in Fairplay at this spacious house 30 minutes from Breckenridge. With 4 bedrooms (2 downstairs bedrooms are adjoined, including 2 king beds, 2 full beds, and 2 twin beds and 2 single beds in a loft, this property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Enjoy the open floor plan with lots of natural light and views with a large kitchen and pool table downstairs. We have a west facing deck with BBQ and wood burning fireplaces for quite relaxation at the house or a few minute drive to Fairplay, Alma, Breckenridge or many of the trails and rivers near by.

Steve was great at communicating all information necessary for our trip. Their home was in a great location and had a perfect hill for our kids to sled on. The only negative we can speak on is the cleaning service they use didn't pay attention to hair on the pillows which makes it seem the beds werent cleaned. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

The house is great, large rooms and plenty of space for more people than you can bring on vacation. Everything you need is there, internet works well and they’re one of the few have ever stayed at with direct tv/cable already provided. Steve is great and one of the best I’ve had for hosts. Always communicated back quickly. Overall you’ll be hard pressed to find a better value for what you’re getting in this area

Lots of beds, lovely wooded setting. It also had great internet and Direct TV to keep people busy when they are indoors

Beautiful home in a great location!

We loved our stay at this property. The photos don't really highlight how big the home really is. It was twice the size we expected! It was well furnished and comfortable in a great location. We'd love to stay here again in the future!

Perfect spot

Loved the fireplaces! Clear instructions for check in and out, great communication with property if needed. Kitchen appliances very well stocked, huge fridge/freezer! We really enjoyed our stay and would rent this house again!

Great ouse

This house is one of the nicer homes in the area for rent. It was large and very comfortable. Great location close to Fairplay and only 25 minutes to Breck. We hope to stay again.

Beautful place, great location, easy access!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every moment of our stay! Amazing accommodations as we enjoyed being able to slip away to hike, off road, go fly fishing and come back to a well located and beautful home to enjoy the late after noons and evenings. We had some fun competative billiards play! Each evening a young buck and doe visited the property. Definitely a place we are coming back to enjoy!!

The home is nestled in a beautiful area, you can see the mountains through the large windows. It is perfectly located to visit other sites. The home is warm and inviting and has everything you you need.

A nice family get away in Fariplay

A large cabin tucked just far enough off of the highway so as to feel remote, but close enough to travel to nearby destinations, this property is a gem. Very large and cozy, we felt we had everything we needed for our stay and then some. The only "con" was that one night we kept hearing a strange sound every 10 minutes or so - sounded like something bumping into a wall. We were a little unnerved but discovered in the morning it was static spontaneously discharging through the living room sound system - so if this happens to you, don't fret!

Lovely Mountain Home

The home was nice, spacious, and clean. Our family enjoyed being able to spread out and also come together for entertainment in the living room for movies and the pool table in the lower level. The kitchen was great for cooking and the extra-long dining table was perfect for meals on one end and games and puzzles on the other end. The couches were very comfortable. The beds, however, were not the most comfortable, and could use new pillows and sheets. Unfortunately, we experienced a power outage due to a nearby car accident down the road. We were stuck in the dark for a couple of hours. The property manager (Vacasa) was not very helpful with information. Every time we called them for anything, there response was "we have to reach out to our local team for that information and we will call you back." We contacted the owners directly who were very responsive and let us know when the power was expected to be restored. Overall, the home is a great place to stay, and we would stay again.
