La maison de 700 pieds carrés est un 2BD / 1Ba. Entièrement meublé avec 2 lits king et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et est entièrement équipée avec frigidaire et appareils à remous, micro-ondes, grille-pain et cafetière. Toute la verrerie, les assiettes et les articles ménagers sont inclus. La salle de bain récemment rénovée a des portes de douche en verre et des comptoirs en granit avec tous les nouveaux appareils. Chaque chambre dispose d'un ventilateur de plafond. Les serviettes et les draps sont inclus, il n'y a pas de laveuse / sécheuse, mais il y a plusieurs laveries dans les environs immédiats. Sans fil WiFi 5G AT&T haut débit. 2 téléviseurs avec Direct TV

Situé dans le quartier recherché du centre-ville de San Clemente! Très sûr et familial. L'espace permet un maximum de 6 personnes à la fois. Il y a 1 place de stationnement désignée pour un véhicule compact. Un parking de nuit dans la rue est disponible, vérifiez les panneaux de signalisation autorisés situés directement en face de la maison. Il y a un grand patio avant avec des sièges pour 6 avec une belle vue sur l'océan au coucher du soleil.

La maison est à 0,7 mile de la jetée historique de San Clemente au sommet du «village espagnol au bord de la mer». Il y a 20 restaurants à moins d'un mile de la maison. San Clemente est situé exactement entre San Diego et Los Angeles, et chacun se trouve à environ une heure de route d'ici. Et bien sûr, DISNEYLAND est à seulement 30 minutes en voiture de la maison. Visitez les grands sites touristiques de la journée, puis revenez à la plage!

LES PLAGES
Directement en bas de la rue se trouve la jetée historique de San Clemente. À seulement 10 minutes à pied de votre porte d'entrée et est parfait pour la natation, le surf, le bodyboard, la pêche et le stand up paddle. Les vagues sont généralement petites mais peuvent se transformer en un spot de surf de classe mondiale avec la bonne houle. Il existe de nombreuses autres plages de la région réputées pour le surf. Trestles est à 4 miles au sud et chaque mois de septembre accueille les 50 meilleurs surfeurs du monde pour un concours d'une semaine. San Onofre est idéal pour les longs embarquements et les sorties.

SHOPPING & RESTAURANTS
Notre centre-ville pittoresque se trouve de l'autre côté de la rue sur l'Avenida Del Mar. Boutiques élégantes, boutiques de surf, antiquaires et cuisine locale ou internationale. Il y a aussi un marché fermier tous les dimanches, proposant des souvenirs, de l'art et des fruits, légumes et herbes biologiques cultivés localement. Faites une courte promenade jusqu'à la jetée et dînez au-dessus de l'océan Pacifique au restaurant The Fisherman’s.

AVENTURES QUOTIDIENNES À PROXIMITÉ:
• Parcs à thème: Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm et Legoland sont à 30 minutes. Sea World et le zoo de San Diego sont à 1 heure de route au sud. Six Flags Magic Mountain est à 1 1/2 heure de route au nord.
• Le nouveau centre aquatique de San Clemente comprend une piscine de taille olympique et une «aire de jeux aquatique» pour les plus petits, à seulement 10 minutes en voiture

Perfect spot to get away for a few days. Centrally located to plenty of fun walking activities, including the beach! Kitchen is perfect size and well equipped. Beds are super cozy. The water pressure in the shower is a pleasant surprise too. Great accommodations for the price.

My daughter, myself and 2 granddaughters stayed here and had a great time. The house was in the perfect location. We were able to drive to Calafia Beach in less than 5 minutes and walk to dinner and ice cream each evening. Jason always communicated quickly and was willing to do anything to make sure we had the best stay possible. If we ever come back to the area we will definitely stay here again.

GREAT LOCATION WALK TO BEACH!

We came to have a few days break from the Phoenix heat, the weather was unbelievably beautiful and the unit was just perfect for us! It’s walking distance to the stores, shops and restaurant’s plus 10-15 minutes walk to the pier! Very clean and even a slight ocean view!!

Great location, great stay

Location is everything! This clean, neat place fit the bill for comfort & essentials, but the super short walk to restaurants/shops and proximity to the beach was icing on the cake. And off-street parking meant no fighting for parking on the crowded streets. Highly recommended!

Perfect Place

This was a perfect location!! My friend and her son came to visit us for a quick trip and we needed a place close to our home for them to stay. This place was perfect! They loved the access they had to shopping and restaurants and the proximity to the beach. They were visiting from Colorado so it was super fun for them to stay in a beautiful beach town. The communication was excellent before the trip!! So glad to have found this place.

San Clemente area is $$

Josh responded quickly and is flexible. Our rental car was a Dodge Charger and it was a little tricky fitting it into parking space provided but it did work! Beds comfy, nice size shower and location great! Enjoyed our stay! Ended up 4 adults and one child. Plenty of room for us!

The property is in a decent location. There is a unit behind it, but that's no problem. Check-in is easy, and (thankfully) there is one parking spot, but it won't accommodate a large vehicle. It was a really hot weekend, and there's no air conditioning, but there are fans provided, which helped. The kitchen has what you need. Cabinets are really old and painted, so drawers don't exactly slide open and closed. The bathroom was updated, so that was very nice. Just be sure to bring your own body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There is none provided. Overall, it works. It just isn't top notch.

Nice Clean house

The House I stayed in was the apartment in the front of the building. There is parking for one car with the apartment so that was really nice because parking in this area was a little hard to come by. There is a nice seating area right out front that is shared with the back apartment. You have to go outside and through a gate to get to it. It is close to the beach and places to eat. It is right next to a pretty busy street so I was a little concerned about my small grandkids which is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. I arrived in the area a little early and they let me check in as soon as the cleaning ladies were done which really helped since we did have small kids with us. Communication with the owner was wonderful. We only stayed here two nights, but I would stay again with adults.

Comfortable, Clean Place

We stayed at this apartment for two nights to attend a wedding and visit friends. The apartment is a short walk to restaurants, cute shops, bars, etc. and a few minutes walk to the beach. Two apartment make up the building and this apartment was located in the front half of the building. We met the people living in the back apartment and they were very friendly and quiet. The apartment is well maintain and clean with updated bathroom. Kitchen area was small but had everything we needed e.g. dish washer, microwave, coffeemaker, etc. The beds were quite comfortable with lots of closet/storage space and it also had an iron and ironing board as well. The wifi worked well and was easy to access. As many of places in California and in San Clemente, this apartment did not have AC but there are ceiling fans located in each room and a fan on a stand that we could move from room to room which was quiet helpful. It was in the high 70's when we were there but were fine with the windows open and the fans running. At night we closed the windows and doors since we were on the first floor but had the fans running and were comfortable. The price of this apartment was very reasonable for San Clemente and especially a place within walking distance to the beach.

Wonderful an comfortable

This weekends stay was very laid back an comfortable for us this weekend. With the best location of walking distance to everything here in town. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Ideal location

We stayed at the property while in town for a wedding. The beds were comfortable. The couch was very old though and squeaked when you move. I was surprised that there was a list of things to do in order to get your security deposit, like take out the trash and run the dishwasher.

Has everything you need!

The stay at Jason's was fantastic! This was my second time at this property and was just as perfect for what I needed as the first! Cannot beat the location to stores and tons of places to eat near there and only a short walk to the pier! The place itself is as pictured and honestly even better in person! Super happy it was available again, Jason is a great host!

JK has been painting since childhood. He studied fine art at San Clemente High School and then travelled to the high desert to gain a bachelors degree from The University of Arizona in 1998. Shortly after college, JK walked through the museums of Europe for months to study the works of the Renaissance masters. However, the ocean lifestyle of Southern California brought him back to begin his professional career.  JK began to exhibit paintings at local restaurants and small galleries. JK fine art began to gain popularity with collectors and garnered appreciation by local media. In 2007, the artist's 'Pier Barrel' was featured on the nationally televised 'Fuel TV' in part with a Surfrider Foundation benefit in Laguna Beach. The Orange County Register took notice of the artist in 2008 with two articles discussing a new series of ocean paintings. In 2011, the artist was juried into and exhibited 20 original paintings at Laguna Art-A-Fair which is part of the Laguna Beach Summer Festival of Arts. Collaborating with Salon Bleu in 2012, JK held two open air courtyard art shows including more than 30 paintings from 10 different artists. The successful show focused on a series of ten large ocean abstract paintings. San Clemente Life Magazine, May 2013, interviews the artist and discusses new exhibits and murals projects.  
JK is also taking his images to fabric and creating and marketing and men's and women's clothing line.  The designs are inspired by the ocean lifestyle.  The shirts are created with a Giclee’ printer that delivers vibrant colors so each shirt looks like an original painting.
