Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom private Tecumseh Island retreat. This adorable vintage house sleeps up to 9 people, perfect for a tranquil getaway. With amenities like AC, WIFI, and heating, guests can relax with beautiful views of the open water. .07 miles to Cranberry Resort one of the best Restaurants/Bars on the lake! Fish, swim, kayak, right off the property! Our Home has a lot of original features. This originality may not be for everyone. If you're expecting a remodeled, modern, near perfect home, ours may not be for you. We look forward to hosting you at our place.
Check in time is 3:00 PM. For earlier check in times please ask and we'll try and accommodate.

What you see is what you get! A great little lake house with a great back patio. Walking dustiance to a nice trail and a waterfront restaurant. Will return.

Cute and cozy home situated in the perfect spot for admiring the sunrises during our stay. Easy to access and good directions provided by host.A plethora of comfortable outdoor seating options that beg to be taken advantage of to take in the beauty of Indian Lake. Outdoor grill and griddle, lighting and speakers were icing on the cake!Gary was quickly responsive to questions and provided check-in information that worked perfectly. Wi-Fi strong including in outside areas. Kitchen small but serviceable although it could use a good scrubbing.

The house has so much charm. Love the vintage features throughout! The outdoor spaces were wonderful. So many places to sit around the lake and the landscaping was beautiful. We had a great time sitting by the lake. We even got all the teen outside fishing everyday. Great trip!

Ladies trip

Don’t go expecting an updated home, but you can expect a clean, nicely decorated small, older lake house. Yes, shower could use some upgrades . Fishing was great, but the condos across the inland ruin what would be a beautiful lake view. Very convenient one minute walk from house to lake edge where there is great outdoor seating, a grill and a type of blackstone
also a fire pit. We rocked the speakers for four days. Gary was very accommodating and accessible. We had a good trip!

Disappointed

We left after one night even though we paid for a three night stay. The condition was so bad we did not care about lossing the money for the two nights we did not stay there.1. Air conditioning units were dirty and filter sensor advised the filter needed to be replaced.2. Shower was rusted to the point we were concerned about cutting ourselves and did not use it.3. There was no room to place our toiletries as the cabinets were filed with the owner's properties.4. We left our stuff in suitcases becase there was no room to put our stuff away due to the owners property filling the property.5. While other properties have been updated this house lacks general maintenance.

Perfect little house

I got extremely lucky with the weather for my stay. The cabin offered outdoor seating so i got to enjoy the sun and the wind. At night, the hanging lights created a warm friendly environment and provided ample light for night fishing.

Beautiful property

Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the lake & sunrise. We used the fire pit and there was plenty of wood provided. The beds were comfortable and had quality linens. The communication was flawless. The furniture and rug in the main area was very new and clean.

The house was perfect for our family! We couldn't figure out how to get the code door to loxlthough. It was a great stay!
