This apartment was fantastic! Clean and super nice, plenty of room. Snacks and drinks left were a huge hit with the family, the kids thought it was Christmas. Having a washer and dryer was so nice with little time to hang clothes to dry while on holiday. We would definitely stay here again. Close to the train station, 11 mins in on the train and you're in Venice. Much cheaper than staying in Venice and less people. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. Great communication and easy access.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment only a 5 minute walk from the Venezia Mestre station but still in a quiet neighbourhood. Designated off road parking space outside the apartment. Mini fridges in every room with a few complimentary drinks and snacks. Ruhi was an excellent communicator and sent very detailed check in instructions. Efficient air con units in each room along with window shutters. Nothing we didn’t like.

Very clean, newly renovated apartment. All the amenities were nice. Very convenient 5 minute walk from the train station. The only issues was there was no living room area for our group of 7 and the only place to gather was at the kitchen table. The area of town wasn't as nice as other areas that we saw, but our focus was on St Lucia and it was convenient to the train station and only a 10 minute 1.5 ride over to the island area. The park next to the complex was under construction which didn't allow us to cut straight across to the main sidewalk. Host communicated very well and was very accommodating.

Regarding the living room area, Casa Bauta is designed as a spacious apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area, but you are right that the main common gathering space is the kitchen/dining area. We understand this may feel limited for a group of seven, and your feedback is useful for future guests too. About the neighborhood and the park construction, we are sorry this affected your impression. The nearby works are temporary and unfortunately outside our control, but the location remains very practical for guests focused on visiting Venice, especially with the train station just a short walk away.
