TrÚs lumineux et spacieux, alliant l'élégance de de mosaïques vénitiennes, les lustres en verre de Murano, des meubles anciens et de tissus à la modernité et la fonctionnalité de la cuisine et salles de bains. Les préoccupations restauration de luxe que le logement tandis que les parties communes de l'immeuble montrent les signes du vieillissement. L'appartement se ouvre sur une grande entrée sur lequel quatre chambres (deux doubles, une double et une avec un canapé-lit), salon, cuisine et deux salles de bains, une avec baignoire et une avec douche. Depuis les deux balcons, vous pouvez profiter de la vue des gondoles sur le canal. Climatisation chronométré à la carte, à payer séparément selon consommation. Pas d'ascenseur

Excellent stay in an ideal location. Beautiful property with extensive family history. Lovely canal views from the master bedroom. Cold A/C! The floors are exquisite. Clear communication throughout the whole process from owner. Be aware that if you cannot deal with stairs & bags than this place is NOT for you. Highly recommended.

Luca was an amazing host. His detailed communications made our arrival to Venice stress-free 
 he even went out of his way to meet and greet us at the station. The property was as advertised 
 clean, close to the Venezia Santa Lucia Station, with many restaurants and attractions near by. The property had everything we needed which comfortably accommodated our family of five adults 
 we had no issues during our stay. Luca even gave us an overview of Venice, with food recommendations and travel tips. Definitely would recommend this property.

The apartment was perfect for my family. Everyone had their own space, plus there was common space. The location is perfect, with easy access to transportation and a grocery store downstairs. Great communication and advice from our host.

Lovely time with my kids

Single mom traveling with kids, this place was perfect! Lovely and responsive host. Great central location. We took a water taxi from the airport and docked right at the property. A truly unique and magical start to the trip. Beautiful view and everyone got their own rooms! Right upstairs from a market, super convenient. We got to watch the July fireworks from the balcony! Just a wonderful place and stay!

Plenty of Room

My family of four spent three nights in Venice and this apartment was perfect. It had a lot of room to move around, close to the train station and all the amenities of home. Two bedrooms are off the main street so it can be noisy and one bedroom is off the street and super quiet. Great place!

Very Special Visit to Venice

This was the perfect place to stay! Right in the heart of Venice! We loved the canal view. There’s a small balcony where 2 or 3 can stand to watch the action below, with a glass of wine or morning coffee. The owner was super nice and helpful! The place is very clean and adorable!

wonderful stay although it was very hot! Fortunately there is A/C which is very necessary! pack as light as possible because walk from train up stairs is taxing. Luca was very accommodating with our late arrival!

We highly recommend this apartment. The view of the canal was stunning! The apartment is so charming and had plenty of space for our family of 6. Location to the train station was so convenient. Remember the apartment is on the 4 th floor with steps only. We would absolutely stay again.

The Best Host Ever

Luca is the best host we have ever experienced. He prepped us on everything from where to eat to how everything functioned in the apartment. He wrote a manual that should be a primer for every host. We never needed to reach out during our stay. Yet he was available by phone/text at all times. He was so thoughtful that it made the experience hassle-free.
