Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t perfect. The air conditioners are all brand new, installed earlier this year, but I’ll have our HVAC technician double-check the upstairs units to ensure everything is working properly. The weather here has swung from the 90s to the 30s with frost warnings, so I truly appreciate you bringing that to my attention. I’ll also look into the window screens. Those should absolutely be in place, and I’ll replace any that are missing. We typically stock the home with eight bath towels, so it’s possible a few have gone missing from recent guests. I’ll restock right away. We do provide soap and shampoo, but use smaller, sealed bottles for sanitary reasons since larger ones were often taken or tampered with. Toilet paper is also stocked with 2–4 rolls for each stay, which is usually sufficient for shorter visits, but I would’ve been happy to provide more had I known you needed it.
