This cozy guest suite is ideally located, approximately 1.5 miles from the ocean and bay beaches in Eastham, and just a quarter mile from the bike trail. It features an outside covered seating area and an en suite bathroom for added convenience. The suite includes a small kitchenette with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge, plus a mini split AC and heat. Guests also have access to a communal pool and hot tub. Glenn is amazing! We have never visited the area and he was great to answer questions and help us plan some activities. The property is super clean and their yard and pool are beautiful! We would definitely recommend and hope to be back someday!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Eastham! We definitely wished the weather had been a little better during our trip, but the property itself made for a great getaway regardless. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby and the drive to P-town was easy and quick. We would absolutely stay here again!

This little gem is an unusual oasis of calm and beauty while being convenient to all that Cape Cod has to offer. The room was thoughtfully appointed. The bed, linens, and towels were very comfortable. The kitchenette had everything that I needed to prepare simple breakfast and the occasional lunch meals. Because it was quite warm, the ceiling fan and air conditioning were excellent additions for climate control. For me, it was the outdoor area complete with pool and hot tub that added to the stay. The beautiful green and lush landscaping added natural serenity to the already comfortable property. The owners, Glenn and Corinne, were special. They were friendly and pleasant hosts, making sure I had everything I needed. I hope I have an opportunity to visit again.

Highly recommend, wonderful stay

Amazing space and beautiful property, clean and organized. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and offered great recommendations and tips for the area. The hot tub and pool were a welcomed amenity for a post beach evening to wind down. Would 100% recommend.

I was in the area for a training at the Cape Cod Institute and this was the perfect place to say! It was a lovely guestroom, and the owners were even lovlier. The bed was comfortable. The place was spotless. highly recommend will be returning next year when I'm back up for training.

Great location in Eastham with clean and comfortable studio! Hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. Close to beaches and restaurants and quick drive to Provincetown for fun whale watch trip. Would highly recommend or come back another time.

My wife and I have just returned from our trip to this property in Eastham (June 6). It was very clean and cozy. It is nicely decorated and the queen bed was very comfortable. It is a suite off the main house, but it has a private entrance and we never felt crowded. They provided amenities such as soap and shampoo if we needed it, as well as coffee, a small refrigerator, an even water to fill the Keurig machine. We enjoyed our stay a great deal. We were greeted by the host (Glenn) upon arrival and he was friendly and very helpful. Both Glenn and Coreen were wonderful hosts. We visit Eastham often, so we are very familiar with the area, but Glenn and Coreen were ready to offer advice on what to do or where to eat if we had needed it. The property is conveniently located just off Route 6 and is close to many excellent restaurants. Though we were only there for two nights, we did not use the pool or hot tub, but both looked excellently maintained and inviting. We highly recommend this spot for couples who may not be looking for a larger house that may be more expensive.

Lovely Stay

Glenn and Coreen are so lovely and sweet and helpful! The kind of people you'd like to be friends with. Wonderful hosts. The pool is lovely and refreshing and clean, and the rental is very clean and modern and cozy. The property (yard/porch/etc) is so pleasant and pretty with flowers and lovely landscaping. Close to beaches, restaurants,shops, etc.And Monty, their cute doggie, is just adorable and so sweet!
