This cozy guest suite is ideally located, approximately 1.5 miles from the ocean and bay beaches in Eastham, and just a quarter mile from the bike trail. It features an outside covered seating area and an en suite bathroom for added convenience. The suite includes a small kitchenette with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge, plus a mini split AC and heat. Guests also have access to a communal pool and hot tub. Perfect for one or two people seeking a relaxing affordable getaway!

Great Stay

We had a very nice 2 night stay. The property is in tip top condition and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Glenn was super helpful.

The suite is immaculate, grounds are beautiful, pool/hot tub are inviting, but most importantly the hosts are very gracious and welcoming. Communication was excellent before, during, and after our stay. Would absolutely stay at Glenn and Coreen's place again.

Highly recommend, wonderful stay

Amazing space and beautiful property, clean and organized. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and offered great recommendations and tips for the area. The hot tub and pool were a welcomed amenity for a post beach evening to wind down. Would 100% recommend.

I was in the area for a training at the Cape Cod Institute and this was the perfect place to say! It was a lovely guestroom, and the owners were even lovlier. The bed was comfortable. The place was spotless. highly recommend will be returning next year when I'm back up for training.

Great location in Eastham with clean and comfortable studio! Hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. Close to beaches and restaurants and quick drive to Provincetown for fun whale watch trip. Would highly recommend or come back another time.

The grounds are meticulously cared for, the suite was spotlessly clean, and the hosts were lovely and super helpful! The location is quiet but convenient to Rt 6My only issue is that we didn’t get a formal greeting from the dog Rex. But he was super cute through the windowThis was a great getaway

Lovely Stay

Glenn and Coreen are so lovely and sweet and helpful! The kind of people you'd like to be friends with. Wonderful hosts. The pool is lovely and refreshing and clean, and the rental is very clean and modern and cozy. The property (yard/porch/etc) is so pleasant and pretty with flowers and lovely landscaping. Close to beaches, restaurants,shops, etc.And Monty, their cute doggie, is just adorable and so sweet!

This was without a doubt the best rental we have ever stayed at! The property was beautiful and peaceful. The pool was beautifully kept, clear and spotless. It’s clear that a lot of care went into designing this space—everything was elegant, understated, and perfectly suited for a relaxing stay.”But the best part was meeting our hosts! They were 2 of the most friendly, hospitable, considerate and kind hosts we have ever had.We will definitely return!
