Greetings from Ai and Brian, and welcome to our newly renovated Kennesaw townhome! We proudly invite you to see our reviews from our other 3 listings.

This townhome has a single floor layout including a fully functional kitchen with kitchenware, dining area, 2 bedrooms each with queen sized beds and dedicated workspaces with high-speed Wi-Fi, and a comfortable living room with a lounging sofa and Smart TV. This property received renovations from floor to ceiling in various parts of the house as well as a new HVAC and Furnace system for your comfort. Also featuring a key code smart lock for easy self-check-in anytime!

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located townhome. This location is within walking distance to Pine Tree Country Club and only a 5-minute drive from Yamaha Motor Corp and KSU, 15 minutes to Lake Acworth Public Beach, Town Center Mall, and Marietta Square, and is only 18 minutes from The Braves stadium/Battery Atlanta with regular baseball games and concerts. (All times are estimates and depend on traffic).

We enjoyed our stay in this rustic town home! The equipped kitchen and extra toiletries in the bathroom were greatly appreciated. Safe neighborhood, great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Could use updated bathroom vanities and new bedroom carpeting but listing is accurate and we were comfortable. Host was professional and immediately responsive, check-in/out was a breeze!

Efficient Without Extras

Property was exactly as described in profile. Host was responsive and helpful with the single request that we had. They even offered to set the thermostat to our preferred temp pre-arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with all staples for "on the go" needs. Plenty of trash bags, paper towels, resealable bags, plastic cutlery, etc were available. I did not notice that the property did not have a washer and dryer until after booking. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but it was inconvenient when traveling for a ball tournament. Beds and shower were incredible for a rental. The only drawback, in my opinion, was the neighborhood. Situated on a busy street, the area was congested. The street was sometimes difficult to navigate with street parking and lots of activity. We were never blocked in as other reviewers have commented but the level of activity in the densely populated circle drive had us more vigilant and aware of our surroundings than in previous rentals.

The place was nice

The place was nice a little dated in the kitchen and bathroom. The backdeck was nice. Neighbor was very congested. A little concerning getting in and out. Overall I would use it again if visiting the area.

You get what you pay for and not in a bad way.

Overall the property was nice and given the fact that the price point was lower I wasn't expecting the lap of luxury. The best way I can explain this property is simplistic. No extras, no frills, but a place to lay your head when you are in the area. Which is what we were looking for. The street that the property is located on is really congested. This is not a place to hang out as the the living room area is super small with furniture to match. The couch is comical in that you can fit maybe 3 people on it and I was a little fearful that it may not support us. With all that said, I don't consider any of these things drawbacks but wanted to give an accurate portrayal of what to expect and not be disappointed. The hosts were great and really responsive and overall we had a great experience. Hopefully this helps someone in making their decision.

Great stay

Was a wonderful stay, very close to the work office. Clean house and had what we needed. A fuse blew in the furnace and Brian was very quick to respond and get that fixed. Would book again. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the driveway was blocked one night when we returned from dinner and luckily the vehicle owner was right next door and was very respectful and moved with no issues.

Spending time with family

We were pleased with our place. It provided enough cooking items for me to prepare for our family that was visiting in town. We also were able to have them over to visit us and play games together. The small dining room table made it a little hard to place all of our cards down for some of the games but we made it work. Hostess/host was great to communicate with us. It met all of our needs.
