Greetings from Ai and Brian and welcome to our townhouse in Kennesaw! Here you will have Full Access to the Entire townhouse which includes a fully functional kitchen, dedicated workspaces with high-speed Wi-Fi, a comfortable living room with 2 sofa's and a 50" Smart TV, onsite laundry with washer and dryer, and each bedroom has 50" Smart TVs, queen sized beds, and their own private attached bathrooms. This property also features a key code smart lock for easy self-check-in anytime!

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located townhome. This location is within walking distance to Pine Tree Country Club and only a 5-minute drive from Yamaha Motor Corp and KSU, 15 minutes to Lake Acworth Public Beach, Town Center Mall, and Marietta Square, and is only 18 minutes from The Braves stadium/Battery Atlanta with regular baseball games and concerts. Easter visit with family

The condo was great & a very convenient location. My only concern is there were a ton of cars parked everywhere in the neighborhood & it was not possible for 2 cars to pass going opposite directions.

Great stay!

The neighborhood seemed a little older to me but not a big deal. It was very quiet and the few people I saw were friendly. I would like to suggest a clock for the living room. Also, there was a problem with the Kuerig. It wouldn't close to make coffe My husband got it to work.

Thanksgiving visit

Home was clean, could use some updates. I am glad we weren’t cooking meals as the cookware leaves a lot to be desired. Only has a Kereg so you may want to take your own coffee pot.Lists hairdryers in both rooms but one was missing.

Great place for us.

We stayed with family aged 62 to 87. We were in town for our granddaughter’s 3rd birthday party. The townhouse was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

Perfect for our needs!

This was exactly what we needed for a quick 4 day work trip! I really appreciated the little extras they did like the toilet paper, paper towels, and even our hand towels being folded so meticulously! And the fact that they had everything I needed that I didn’t necessarily think we’d need like laundry detergent and seasonings. Very communicative as well and the neighbors are quite nice! 10/10 experience!

Clean & quiet

When we first drove in we were a little skeptical with cars parked everywhere along both sides of the street but the house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet! The house worked out great for us and we will stay there again.

Great week-long stay

We were in the area for my son’s baseball tournament. Everything was as described. Centrally located to the games and close to Atlanta. Great host and communication. Would recommend and book again in the future.

East Cobb or Lakepointe Baseball = Great Local

Beautiful home in a safe, well lite area. Not enough pots/pans to cook comfortably in, but made it work. Neighbors got in a shouting match Saturday night late, but the kids stayed asleep. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Smart TVs in both bed bedrooms and downstairs a huge WIN.... would definitely stay again. Came down for a 15U East Cobb BBall tourney = grest local (14 min to East Cobb and just 17 min to Lakepointe).

Right time, right place

Needed a place close to KSU while having some repairs done at our house. AI and Brian were quick to communicate and very responsive. Neighborhood looks a bit sketchy, but everyone we saw was friendly and we never felt uncomfortable. Love the separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Yard not completely fenced, but enough to feel comfortable taking the dogs out back without leashes. Love how close it is to EVERYTHING!!!

Nice and comfortable

This townhouse is comfortable and clean. The host is communicative and interested in your stay at the property. There is new carpet, towels and sheets. The living room is cozy and there is a little patio to sit on in the back. The showers all have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Host left a generous amount of coffee pods for us. The exterior and the street is a bit shabby but we were perfect inside and never concerned.

Met our needs

We stayed for four nights while in town visiting family. The home is a row home so you have neighbors on both sides, but other than hearing people as they came and went we didn’t hear anyone. The neighborhood is densely populated and some of the properties are a bit run down. There were lots of cars on the street. There are two off-street parking spots so we didn’t have any issues there. We accessed the home for the first time well after dark and had a difficult time finding the right property as the house numbers were very difficult to find and see. Accessing and securing the property was simple using the digital door lock. We didn’t do any cooking so I can’t comment on the cookware or utensils. The filtered water in the fridge was good for consumption which isn’t always guaranteed. The home had a nice coffee maker and several flavors of coffee pods. I wish the coffee cups were a bit larger to hold the maximum brew size plus some creamer. The water pressure in the showers was good and the bathrooms were a good size. We appreciated the provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable and night stands had touch lamps with plugs for devices which was very convenient. The upstairs does get warm at night so we kept the a/c turned down below 70 as bed time approached and kept the ceiling fans on overnight. This made it quite chilly downstairs so we turned it up the rest of the day and evening.
