This home is pet friendly in a peaceful neighborhood in Sevierville. Only one level!
Enjoy the tranquility of being far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to have fun! It is located close to an abundance of local attractions, restaurants, shopping, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
Fenced in back yard for your furry friends, extra sleeping in living room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Washer/dryer is provided.
Free WiFi & smart TVs! “Starter pack” of basics (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) included to get you going. You will need to purchase more for the rest of your stay. Doorbell camera and outdoor camera in the backyard facing back door.

The house looked to be recently remodel and it was beautifully decorated. All the extras was a nice touch and greatly appreciated especially the items for the furbabies!

Fishing trip with my son

My son and I were in town for fishing for the week and this was a great place for our stay! Had everything we needed and was close to all the places we traveled to. Very clean and well stocked! Owner so responsive and so very nice! Highly recommend!

Lovely home near everything

I visit the area regularly, and was glad to find an out-of-the-ordinary option to stay at. House was immaculate, spacious and the host provided excellent communication. The welcome note and snacks were a delightful addition. Highly recommend this beautifully-decorated home.

Excellent Stay

Beautiful clean, neat home, inside and outside! Very modern, warm interior. Beautiful private fence for backyard! Everything was carefully thought through from all the useful toiletries, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer necessities down to games, umbrellas, doggy blankets/treats and so much more! Felt so comfortable there! Hostess was very accommodating! Would definitely recommend this home!

Excellent home and host!!

This was one of the best homes and hosts we’ve ever worked with! The house was exactly as pictured and well stocked with everything we needed for the home — literally just needed to bring our own clothes and food! We brought so many supplies (hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, etc.), but didn’t end up using any of our own supplies. Everything was so well thought out and we were so glad to stay in this house!The backyard was on the smaller side, but worked well for our pups! Estimated backyard size of about 30’ x 15’.A couple (small) downsides for us specifically was the pressure of the water in the showers and the types of beds and pillows that were provided. We wished that the water pressure was a little stronger, and the beds and pillows a little softer — but these are very small critiques that may not apply to others! The house is also nestled in a very quiet neighborhood that is a little further than what we were expecting to drive to get to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, but we enjoyed the quiet!Still very pleased with our stay and would absolutely stay again!!

A great Christmas gathering

We had family coming from Indiana, Florida and South Carolina for a two day Christmas gathering. The security information was relayed in advace and access was bery easy. Arriving at the property, from the outside, the property looks smaller than it actually is. Upon entering we found a very nice welcome basket with tasty treats. The living room and kitchen area were where we spent most of our time, was nicely outfitted and decorated. A beautiful Christmas tree was a very nice surprise! The three bedrooms were great for our crew. All were Recently painted and attractively decorated. Pet bowls were set out and the fenced area in the back is perfect for when I hey need to go out. We encountered heavy rain on day two so we could not utilize the back yard due to it being muddy but the side yard was a nice back up. Everyone found the beds comfortable and bathrooms clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Although we were not site seeing on this trip, we did make several trips to local restaurants to pick up food. The location was very close to all types of meals. It is far enough away from the hub of activity to be very quiet. All in all we had a very good stay and would recommend if you need a three bedroom property in the area.
