Calming home with a comfortable master bedroom & king bed. Absolutely no gatherings beyond registered guests. Max 10 guests. No parking in front of neighbors’ property. Enjoy two 85” TVs, two 75” TVs, board games, kids’ toys, and two rooms with pull-out couch beds. Next to a beautiful park and fountains. Located at the entrance of Maricopa with quick Valley access and nearby shops. Exterior security cameras on-site for safety.

Great communication

We only stayed for less than 24 hrs but the host was great at communication and even let us do a late check out to accommodate our plans. Backyard could be better landscaped but house was very clean and roomie! Great stay!

This place was comfortable for a group of teens and moms hanging out between soccer games. There is plenty to eat

Beautiful and affordable

We didn’t spend much time in the house because of the nature of our visit but we will look to stay here again when we come back in the future. Beautiful place, great size for the full staff, and very communicative host.

The house was perfect! No issues! Jay was the best host. Anything we needed he made it work. Jay was able to let us check in early. That is always easy to do or some places won't do it. Jay wanted his guest to be happy. Thanks Jay!

Family outing

Overall stay was great. We are old school and would have liked to have our morning coffee in real mugs not paper cups. Just feels more like home. Everything else was great.

Home Away from Hone

An absolutely stunning home! We needed a quick place to go after a pipe burst and flooded our home and we couldn’t have found a better option! Jay was wonderful and did everything he could to make this whole process as easy as possible.

Best VRBO/Rental Host I’ve Ever Had

Can’t explain how grateful we are for this stay. Our host Jay was the greatest host ever. Very accommodating. Great person. Couldn’t have felt any more comfortable. Only 25-30 min from Phoenix, with a small quiet community. Golf course was perfect for our outing as well! Just a great stay and we’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful host

The house was very spacious and very cozy. The host was very helpful and ontop of everything I had requested and was super friendly and overall amazing probably one of the best host I’ve encountered and I stay in vrbo quite often from me traveling all the time and by far he was the absolutely amazing and I would definitely recommend and stay there again!!! Two thumbs up! Thank you very much such a great experience and wonderful stay. Loved it !!!
