The cabin features three enchanting bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. The master suite is fit for a grown-up Lost Boy, with hotel-style comfort, a plush duvet, walk-in closet, and private ensuite with both a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Downstairs, one guest room features twin beds with Nordic Winter duvets, while another offers cozy sleeping and plenty of natural light, enhanced by TruWave Technology™ lighting for sunlight-simulating relaxation.

For your convenience, we offer a completely contactless check-in experience. You’ll receive a unique front door code 2 days prior to arrival, allowing for secure, easy entry at any time—day or night.

Guest Portal:
Your guest portal puts everything you need in one place, including property details, local things to do, and helpful house instructions.

Management:
Our property is expertly managed by Rather Be Properties, and we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can easily reach us through the Vrbo app, by phone, or email. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay.

Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $100 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog

TRAVELING IN WINTER:
CalTrans can mandate all vehicles to carry snow chains between November 1st and April 30th. Chains are sold at most auto supply shops, hardware stores, and some convenience stores. We will not be held responsible and do not issue refunds if the city doesn`t allow you up the mountain because your vehicle does not have snow chains.

Power Outages
Power outages can occur in mountain areas and are usually caused by the power company. We strive to notify our guests in advance, but this is dependent on the power company notifying us in advance, which doesn`t always happen. If an outage occurs during your stay, reach out to us and we`ll be happy to send over flashlights if needed. Please note, we are not liable for outages during your stay.
House Rules
• Primary renter must be 18+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• Maximum occupancy is 8 overnight guests, per city regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
• No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. This includes the use of the hot tub.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog
• Park in driveway, no street parking is permitted. Max 2 vehicles. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
• Firepit, BBQ, and fireplace must be operated by responsible adults only.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations, including all rules on the City`s `Good Neighbor Brochure`, provided prior to checkin. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
• Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
