Super joli studio rustique (mezzanine non disponible) avec une salle de bains, un lit queen-size, une télévision à écran plat avec câble, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, un lecteur Blu-ray intelligent (pas de chemin��e) et une grande cour clôturée avec une table de pique-nique et un barbecue à gaz. Équipé de toutes les commodités de la maison, le Highland Hideaway dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec cuisinière / four, réfrigérateur, four à micro-ondes, mixeur, grille-pain, cafetière, vaisselle, casseroles et plus encore.

Le Highland Hideaway est fourni avec des serviettes propres et les lits sont composés de draps frais et de nombreuses couvertures confortables. Notre équipe de nettoyage dédiée a la cabine propre et prête avant votre visite et fait le nettoyage après votre séjour.

I like my two days trip here, especially the fully fenced back year, I have a small dog, he could run anywhere he wants in such a big snow backyard.

Fur Gremlin Friendly

Perfect for me and a couple of gremlins. Big back yard and cozy warm studio set up, everything you need. Had a great time in nature and met some very cool locals. It was a great trip.

The property is cute and perfect for my husband, 3 year old and myself with our dog. The yard is huge and perfect for us since we get to play with the dog but still feel like were out in nature. The reasons why I didn't give a 5 star review is because I asked for an early check in and they let me know that they can't guarantee it but will let me know when the house is ready and traditional check in was at 4pm. We ended up not getting a text at all. I texted the number past 4pm and no response so I called and they had to look it up and the response was "oh yea, its ready for you now". Once arriving to the house, there were 3-4 big dog poops that I had to pick up in the back yard. The couch also didn't have back cushions which made it really uncomfortable to sit and watch TV.

Big Bear Getaway

This is my second time at the cabin. It is perfect for the pups and a few days getaway. It was clean,and the right size for two. My only complaint is that the door was hard to open and the DVD player did not work, but I notified the management. The level of communication was terrific. I would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway

Great place to stay for 2 people for the weekend. The only downfall was the shower head was ~2.5 feet from the ground. The shower head was removable but was not the most ideal shower especially when it’s cold and snowing out.

Great Back Yard

Massive fences in yard. Our Husky loved the snow banks. Kind of an amazing aspect to the property in this location.

Great snowy stay in the mountains

Overall enjoyable property for our stay. The backyard was great for our pup and the Cool Cabin Staff was very reliable in assisting us acquire some necessary items that weren't at the cabin (soup pot, snow shovel). The description of this property is accurate and the fireplace is still inoperable; however, the furnace kept the place nice and toasty, even during the power outage that occurred during the snow storm. Great location and easy to access.

Good location

Cabin was just like the picture, nice backyard for our poochies to explore. It could use new rugs and carpet. It had a strong unpleasant smell glad I had a candle to help with that. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed for our stay.

Great cabin with large yard

The Highland Hideaway was great! It is a cozy, studio-style cabin with everything you need for a weekend in Big Bear. Our dog loved playing in the snow in the fenced yard. Big Bear Cool Cabins was very helpful and communicative. They even drove by and plowed the snow in front of our driveway after we got 11 inches of snow!

Me time

I came to the mountains to have some me time after my wife passed away a few months ago! I wanted to see the Forest and the lake and the trees and I needed a place to stay while I have this experience! Cool Cabins catered to my needs! I will definitely use them again! well, it's better than camping

The pictures on the internet are misleading by a lot. Don't mind a small place but this cabin is rundown, towel racks falling off the wall, no dresser or closet for clothes, kitchen is lacking any space, didn't even have a spatula. poor lighting throughout, especially bad in the bathroom. Will definitely not be staying here again.
