Apartment was clean and very modern. Downtown Chicago was only a 10-15 minute drive. Attended a Cubs game at Wrigley Field for the first time. An Excellent Experience. Must do the Chicago 360. Fantastic!!Host was very informative, accommodating and answered all questions and inquiries. Security deposit was issued on the same day of check out. Thank You, Evans for a great stay for our Family.

Excellent Stay. excellent location . Property is as described and more. well decorated, aesthetically pleasing and welcoming. our family enjoyed ourselves. The property is close to nice restaurants and downtown is like 10 mins drive from property. Neighborhood is safe, surrounded by beautiful mansions and Brownstones - Evans is exceptional in responses and accessibility . Will stay here again if in Chicago again. Thank You , Evans!

Checking in was easy. Communication was good. Kitchen didn't have enough to really cook with. Beds were adequate. The ac unit was very loud. In for just a weekend trip, this is a good place.

Property matched the pictures perfectly! Loved the updates and appreciated the abundance of towels, dishes, etc! 3rd floor walkup if thats an issue for you. Also felt safe and secure. Great neighborhood too! Host provided detailed, easy to understand instructions for the property and was accessible via the VRBO app!

Nice place. Looks freshly updated. If you have a hard time with stairs this probably isnt for you as there is 2 flights to climb. Other than that great place

It was fine, but there were a few things that I was surprised about

Overall, the stay was fine. The place appears exactly as pictured. You can tell the place is new, the finishes are nice. Fandeliers, smart thermostat, and keypad entry. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us. Some surprises/suggestions: 1. This a walk up on the third floor. Be prepared to carry your luggage up. 2. Even though the washer and dryer is advertised in the amenities, it is in the house rules NOT to use it. Not sure why this was the case for our stay, but if this is to be ongoing, you should remove this from the amenity list and put a lock on that door. 3. Communication was conducted primarily through text rather than VRBO. Wasn't a problem, just different. 4. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., I just thought 9 p.m. was early considering we stayed over the weekend 5.there was no full length mirror anywhere in the space. Not my first time encountering this in a rental, but it would be extremely helpful. 6. There were like 2 cups, minimal dishes, and only disposable silverware. If you prefer to cook, it may be a challenge. 7. 2 out of 3 of the bedside lamps (new) didn't have light bulbs in them yet. 8 The beds were all missing a flat sheet...we ended up finding extra sheets in the closet though, as well as extra towels. This wasn't communicated prior, we just happened to stumble on it. 9. Check in and check out were communicated via text10. If you visit, go eat at Cleo's around the corner!C

Friendliest

The host made the stay in Chicago very much easy with the recommendations provided and how easy it was to get around the city. You most definitely will fall in love with the space of this unit and how it is designed.
