All in all a great stay. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that it was hard to regulate temps in the bedrooms and the showers were raised making them a bit hard to get in and out of. Location was great, check-in and check out were easy and host was communicative. All basics were there including coffee and water! Would stay again!

Host was easily available and answered all of our questions. The loft apartment was spacious and really nice. The heater for the master bedroom did not work. Instead they provided a space heater which was not ideal but that was better than nothing as it was very cold the first two nights we were in New York. Getting places was easy. We walked pretty much everywhere or took the metro as Penn Station was so close to the apartment.

No one greeted us as was indicated in the welcome package. We were supposed to get two keys for the door and one for the entrance to the building. Only two keys were left for us. Found the entrance set in A candle holder on the last day. Sent two emails but never heard back. Wish I knew that the bathroom showers were not ADA compliant. Great location and good size. One bedroom was extremely cold and heater was provided but rather nervous sleeping with a lit heater.

Location, location , location! This loft was walking distant to everything we wanted to see. The host and owner were easy to communicate with and even gave great recommendations to great restaurants. The loft was spacious and easily fit 5 adults.

This is a really unique property with a spaciousness that is REALLY hard to find in the city. Just steps from multiple Subway stops and Chelsea fun. It was a comfortable spot for us to have our small group meetings during the mornings.Sadly, we were unable to resolve a hot water issue in the master bedroom and discovered a whine in the other shower that was loud and unnerving. Other places around the property were showing some serious signs of wear (ie, broken heat vents and cabinets, etc.)I will say that the property manager was very empathetic to our situation, but not being able to make these things right is the reason for the 3 Star review. For the cost, these things should be automatic.

Impressive! It is so spacious that I think eight people staying in this place can still be very comfortable. Someone answered my questions around the clock! Attention to details in terms of what people will need in a short stay. Last but not least, I was not asked to do a long list of tasks before departure. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing apartment in a convenient location

The property was huge, modern, and full of light. We loved it. The location was less ideal - although technically in Chelsea, it's right by Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. This makes it very convenient to walk almost everywhere but it is not a residential area. I wasn't comfortable having my teen girls come and go without us after dark. But a plus is that the view is a gorgeous church so once in the apartment you don't notice that you're in a very urban area of NYC. And there is a POp-Up Bagel right on the corner which is YUM!

Its really beautiful. We stay with 5 people but should stayed with more! They were very responsive. Only one problem was we couldn't figure out how to get hot water from the main bed room shower.

Perfect Spot in Chelsea

Great location in Chelsea! We walked to the Theatre District and Downtown locations. Literally 3 min walk to Penn Station to subway access. Lots of restaurants and bars around. The condo is spacious, full of light and gigantic open area. Kitchen has everything you’d ever need. Host provided detailed communication and check-in and check-out was easy. We’d definitely stay here again!
