Gorgeous Villa in Exclusive Ventana Canyon

Perfect in every way. Quiet location, very friendly neighborhood and our two dogs were welcomed warmly. Safe gated community with full time security. Spectacular Catalina Foothills view! Close to excellent restaurants, shopping and hiking. If you play golf, tennis or pickleball this is your own slice of heaven.

Lovely Stay

Convenient location, lovely neighborhood. Interesting art throughout the house. House is well equipped. Only complaint is with the MBR shower, which had a terrible shower head.

Comfortable unit in a beautiful neighborhood with great mountain views

The 2 bedroom unit is very comfortable and well appointed (fully stocked with pots/pans/all kitchen needs). The Spectrum service was very responsive and helpful when we locked ourselves out of the unit! The backyard is very comfortable with a nice grill, fireplace and lovely views. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly and very walkable. The pool was also very nice and not very crowded. My only complaint is that we rented this thinking it had a King bed because of the description on the site but when we arrived for our 2.5mo stay, it was only a queen bed. I think they have since fixed their description.

Beautiful Home in great Location

This home, in a wonderful gated community location, has a lot of very pleasant attributes including; very interesting artwork, awesome back patio, frequent visits by the local birds, a occasional venture through by a Bobcat, and community pool/hot tub . That being said, it is in desperate need of deep cleaning, especially the carpet, rugs and ragged living room furniture.

Nice home - some issues

Big windows, nice view safe and very good location. Easy access to mountains and hiking. Not well equipped though, weird TV set-up and missing proper information on how to use all electronics. Home itself is nice, but lacked some supplies and basic maintenance. Carpets were wet when we checked in so we had to cover the floors with towels. but it was dry by the following day. Electricity went out on the weekend, I called emergency maintenance, I was told no one was there to help on the weekends. I asked the neighbour to help me, which he did, and eventually someone from management came to check we had lights and heat. Nice fireplace. Nice patio. Showers need maintenance. Right by the golf course.

This is a lovely home in a lovely neighborhood that is part of a gated community. Although we did not use the pool it looked quite inviting. The yard is fabulous and spacious with some areas in the sun and some in shape so very comfortable to spend time in.We had a wonderful month

The pool is warm and inviting, the people we met we're very welcoming and we went for walks in this beautiful community frequently and loved the individual desert landscapes with their orange, grapefruit and lemon trees all over the place. Would definitely rent again.

Not to be petty, but at some point the carpeting in the MBR will need to be replaced. With 3 days remaining we discovered that a neighbor hadthem and stored their golf cart in garage when not rented. Jeanine was spectacular. Mountain views and sunrise/sunsets unreal.Met many neighbors who were very welcoming and friendly.

A Tucson Treasure

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Walking in the front door the soaring ceilings, original artwork and Mexican tile floors all add to the "wow" factor. But wait....... There's more...... Outside on the large, sun filled landscaped patio there are great views of a natural wash and two mountain ranges. A most pleasant and peaceful experience.
