Newly renovated cottage 1 block from "World Famous" Siesta Beach.

Originally built in 1949, this beach cottage has been totally renovated and updated in 2021. This bungalow features a completely separate bedroom ands has a full kitchen and dining living area. There is also an outdoor private patio area with a charcoal grill. Walk to the beach in seconds and the Siesta Village is only .4 miles from this cottage. Here there are restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The perfect place to stay and take advantage of everything Sarasota and Florida has to offer.

Very modern and well equipped. Just a short walk to the beach, close to restaurants and shops. Perfect, quiet place for two. Easy check-in and very nice and responsive host. Will definitely come again!

This cottage was perfect! Very clean and a short walk to the beach. A bonus for us was that a beach wagon, umbrellas, towels & chairs were provided. The outside shower was great for a quick rinse off from the beach. We will definitely be back!!!!

The cottage was absolutely perfect! Very clean, and updated. Offers privacy. Kitchen was stocked with essentials, laundry was perfect to throw a quick load in. They had a wagon with beach chairs an umbrella and coolers. Close to the beach, although we rented a golf cart for our trip, a walk there would be do-able. The only "cons" if i had to come up with some: the bed isnt the most comfortable but still able to get a good nights sleep, and the fan in the bedroom we couldnt figure out if it didnt work or if we just couldnt figure out how to make it work haha! Otherwise zero complaints, and we plan to book again in the future!

The property was very clean, the towels were soft, and the bed was comfy. Our one negative remark is that the bathroom door did not completely close for privacy. The cottage is close to the beach, and we walked there with our supplies in the wagon. We found the entry pad to be very unpredictable. Sometimes it worked fine, other times it took two tries to have the door unlock.

Super Quaint and Super Quiet

We stayed for four nights and found this charming cottage to be just the perfect distance to the beach and to the little downtown area—away from all the noise! Will stay again.

Beach Cottage

This Cottage is perfect for two people. The beach is right across the street. You can walk but we drove. The cottage supplies a beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs. Very clean and cute.

The bungalow matched the description to the letter, no surprises when we arrived. Location was super convenient to the beach and the bungalow was equipped with a number of very useful beach accessories that we took advantage of. Minor feedback about improvements were provided directly to the owner.

Best location ever!!!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Great location. Much better than a hotel. Walked 1 block to the beach & 4 blocks for dinner & shopping. Super clean. Really enjoyed the outdoor shower. Supplied everything we need for the beach. Planning on staying again soon.

Perfect Location!

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend while attending a wedding at Siesta Beach and this property was absolutely perfect! It was within walking distance of both the wedding venue and Beach Access point 10, which was great since it is halfway between downtown and the public parking lots, making the beach much quieter and less busy. We were able to relax oceanside using the provided beach chairs, coolers, and umbrella. The hosts were excellent in providing timely information for us and making sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a spot super close to the beach and with everything you need to enjoy some sun and sand.

Property was perfect for my daughter and myself. Very clean and modern. Enough space that we were comfortable. We loved that we were very close to main beach as we were there everyday. Owner provided beach amenities that were very appreciated. Great communication.

Great cottage near everything

We had a great stay at this cottage. The beach was close by and the village a 12 minute walk away. Plenty of good food options are in the area as well. The cottage was well stocked and was clean. We would stay there again.
