This Luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is newly painted with new stainless steel appliances and patio furniture and grill.

Great location near beach. The pool was never crowded and was very clean. Loved the balcony! Host gave all info needed in a timely way.

Wow we were so happy to have found this place. It is SO spacious. Beautiful lookout over the pool, walking distance to the ocean and different restaurants. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Las Brisas. The condo was clean and felt safe and we really valued the proximity to the beach.

The gated community grounds were beautiful, as was the condo itself. The beach is out the condo gate and across the street - very close by. The area is quiet, and there are some good eataries close by. The grocery store on the main road (top of the hill) has a better selection than the one by Hotel Huertes. This could have been a 5 star rating had it not been for some unexpected "visitors" that kept showing up in the room the kids were sharing. 4 times was just too many... property management was prompt in dealing with the issue, and fumigators were sent over quickly. The condo had been cleaned well, and was equipped with all you could need, except toiletries. We also loved having the washing machine! And, it was a bonus to have the pool all to ourselves every time we went in!Overall, it was a good stay!

We would remind you that Costa Rica is a tropical country and the "visitors" are a normal occurrence here, however we do fumigate on a regular schedule. As you noted we dealt with the un-wanted guests immediately. We are glad that despite the visitors the rest of your stay was very enjoyable and you had a good vacation. Pura Vida!

Great Location!

We really liked the location! We were overlooking the pool which was warm and beautiful. Huge outdoor deck with table and comfy seating (there was also a grill, but we didn't use it). It was a very short walk to the beach. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket was a couple minutes away via car (there was a closer one but we didn't go to that one). The kitchen was large and fully stocked, i think we were the first people to use the oven/stove and toaster. Only thing missing was a can opener. There was also a washer/dryer in a separate room off the kitchen which was great! also had access to resort next door. we ate breakfast there, but were busy the rest of the time and that was our only visit there was an issue with the code to get into the condo, but the property manager was friendly and easy to work with and responded right away. He also met us there when we arrived at 9 PM due to flight delay and traffic since we flew into San Jose airport (only flight available) which was 4-hours away would definitely recommend this property!
