Our condo offers premium bedding in both bedrooms to ensure you have a peaceful and restful sleep during your stay. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the second room has one full and one twin bed to accommodate additional guests.

Relax in the bright and spacious dining/living area, furnished with modern decor that exudes a light and airy atmosphere. Step out onto the scenic balcony and indulge in the magnificent views of Playas del Coco while enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

*Please note that there are approximately 40 steps to access the unit, and there is no elevator available. If you choose to walk to the unit, the road leading to the apartment has a slight incline.

Indulge in a vacation filled with fun, relaxation, and adventure at our stunning condo. You'll enjoy 24/7 security and access to an array of resort-style amenities, including pools and splash fountains for kids, a poolside bar and grill, hiking trails, a seasonal waterfall, picnic areas, and a beautiful gazebo to watch the sunset.

Guests will have exclusive access to the private beach club, situated in the middle of the crescent-shaped beach, and can enjoy delicious food and beverages for an additional fee (*Please note that minimum consumption charges may apply). Take a leisurely stroll to the beach or catch a free shuttle from the condo to the beach club.

Explore the Pacifico commercial center, located just a short walk from the condo, offering a variety of restaurants, a fitness center, boutique stores, and other small businesses. Across the street, you'll find Auto Mercado grocery store, a bank, a pharmacy, a fast-food restaurant, and an ice cream shop.

Located just 20 minutes from Liberia's Daniel Oduber International Airport, Playas del Coco awaits you with its gray sand and medium waves. The town is surrounded by other stunning beaches, such as Playa Hermosa, Playa Penca, Playa Calzon de Pobre, Playa PanamĂĄ, and Playa Ocotal, which are easily accessible by car.

Magnifique condo

TrĂšs beau condo offrant espace, confort et sĂ©curitĂ©. La vue lointaine de l'ocĂ©an est trĂšs belle. Plusieurs services Ă  proximitĂ© dont une Ă©picerie,ce qui facilite les courses. Sans jamais avoir rencontrĂ© notre hĂŽte Oscar, il a toujours Ă©tĂ© rapide Ă  rĂ©pondre Ă  nos questions. Nous le sentions soucieux de notre bien-ĂȘtre. Pura Vida!

Excellent unit in a great development easy access to pools and walk into the town. A perfect combination of comfort and a Costa Rica experience. Excellent staff at Pacifico. Oscar is one of the best hosts I've dealt with, responsive and helpful throughout. I would not hesitate to visit again and rent this unit again in the future.

Great location - easy access to downtown Playas del Coco and the beach. Very nice complex with onsite pools, Pickleball and tennis courts as well as the PacĂ­fico Beach Club. Our host, Oscar, is extremely responsive!

Our 2nd time here - and just as wonderful! Oscar is a great host, Pacifico is a stunning resort, our view was lovely and the condo has all the amenities you need for a family vaca! We plan to come back again!

30 Day Stay

The apartment was exactly as listed. The only potential negative is that there is no elevator, so you have to climb 40 stairs from the parking garage to the apartment. The apartment was very clean and housekeeping came in weekly to refresh at no additional cost to us. The unit is perched on a hill about 300 meters from the 4 pools. Rather than having to walk back in the heat of the day, we opted to drive to the pools. There is plenty of parking close by. There are rental golf carts in the town area available which may be a less expensive option than renting a car if you plan to limit your stay to the immediate area. The Coco beach area is very nice, though we largely opted to drive to a number of other local beaches. The owner was very attentive to any and all of our communications. I would definitely recommend staying here to my friends and family. The only negative is that the internet in Costa Rica is a bit unreliable.

Upscale condo in great location

The condo was clean and comfortable. Beautiful pool on property and beach club for a small fee is a short drive (or shuttle) away. It’s walking distance to many Marley’s and restaurants. The host responded quickly to any questions.

Simply lovely!

Oscar was excellent to book with and the condo was exactly as described. Had all the amenities to make us feel at home including super comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, great wifi and the incredible view to wake up to every morning and see at sunset! Pacifico resort was stunning and super close to Main Street and an easy walk to the beach. Beach club also great way to spend a day! Thank you for making our Christmas Vacation at Playa del Coca one to remember!

Highly reccomend!

Fabulous stay with great amenities and ideal location. The unit was clean, spacious, well stocked and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The area was very safe and well-kept with security gates and multiple pools with food and beverage service. Getting access to the Pacifico Beach Club was a huge added bonus. Host was communicative, responsive and very helpful. Can't wait to come back!

Pura Vida

From the moment we arrived at Pacifico we knew we were in for a great vacation. Oscar was a fantastic host!! The welcome fruit basket was an awesome surprise. The weekly housekeeping service was also much appreciated. Oscar was attentive and available to answer every question from taxi’s to medical care. We couldn’t have been happier! Pacifico is a great location and close to the beach and numerous restaurants. We would not hesitate to recommend this Pacifico condo and Oscar as a host!!

Excellent Family Vacation

This property was just as described. It was extremely clean and it was close to everything. The gated property grounds were amazing and very well maintained. The pools were freshwater and gorgeous. Having the pool side service was a nice touch. Access to pickleball courts and sports facilities was handy. The view from our balcony was a great way to start the day with our coffee or unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day. One thing I will say about Costa Rica is that the sun and heat are relentless....SUNSCEEN and GOLFCART!! It was an absolutely incredible vacation and Oscar(property manager) was, as everyone says, wonderful. Pura Vida!

Exceeded Expectations - Beautiful Apartment, Exceptional Amenities - Responsive Owner! Our family of four stayed for a week at Oscar’s 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Pacifico at the end of the year. The stay exceeded our expectations! A few highlights: 1. Very well-appointed apartment with a view of the ocean from the balcony and bedroom. Better than the pictures can capture. The kitchen and dining area were very functional, although we did not cook much. 2. Excellent communication from Oscar throughout the process with local suggestions when requested. The welcome fruit basket was so thoughtful! 3. Pacifico - this is a large, high-end, gated community with impeccably maintained grounds, large pools and walking trails. Reminded us of the grounds and the ambiance of some of the Ritz properties in Florida and the Caribbean. 4. Access to the Pacifico Beach Club with a $25 per person per day cover charge. Well worth it! The beach club was a 5-7 minute car ride from this apartment. Pacifico Shuttle service is available, with a somewhat limited schedule, in case you don’t rent a car. 5. Convenience of a U.S. style grocery store - Auto Mercado with an excellent bakery and fresh food selection. Good food choices at near by restaurants. Our favorite place for amazing locally roasted coffee and brunch was *Big Fingers Coffee Roaster & Simbiosis Bistro* across the street from the Pacifico. Also liked Fabra Cafe, Atizo, and Mar Azul restaurants. Thank you Oscar!

Very nice condo

Quiet, comfy bed, close to downtown, can’t ask for much more. Hard to avoid the bugs coming into the unit I’m sure but overall not too bad.

Best Condo Ever

What an amazing condo. I have been using VRBO for over 10 years worldwide and this is by far one of my favorite condos. It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook. It has enough pots and pans, bowls and utensils to get the job done. It even has a great selection of spices, oils, vinegar and sugar. I was so happy to have coffee filters and not have to run to the store after a long flight to get all these items for the next day. Oscar even had a bag of Costa Rican coffee along with fruit to welcome us. The location is ideal if you do not have a car. You can walk to everything from here. The grocery store is just outside the gated community. Oscar has impeccable communication skills. He responded quickly to all our questions and provided helpful tips. The master bed was very good and the place felt like home. Oscar goes beyond the expected to keep everything well maintained in the unit so that guests don’t experience any unforeseen issues. I am ready to return and stay here again.

Perfect location in a beautiful community

We had the pleasure of staying in Pacifico at this spacious 2BR/2BA condo. The unit was exactly as described and the balcony overlooking the ocean and sunsets was absolute perfection. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need and made for the perfect spot for cooking meals. We also loved the local Auto Mercado on site for our grocery needs. The check in process was thoroughly explained and very easy to follow. We appreciated the dedicated parking and security of this rental. Please note that the unit is on the 3rd floor with the parking garage on the ground floor, so there are 30 steps (3 flights) to climb with luggage. This was well explained but an important distinction for those with ambulatory issues. The Pacifico community is truly lovely, and while we hoped to take advantage of the beach club (off site), it was booked out for a private event on the afternoon we planned to go. Definitely something to try next time! We are also so appreciative of the host’s availability and immediate responses to our questions. This rental is also a great location to the beach and downtown areas and such an easy drive to/from Liberia. We highly recommended this rental!

Amazing Stay in Playa del Coco

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It is exactly what it looks like online. Oscar was amazing from the start. I had a ton of questions and he always answered them quickly and was so very helpful with restaurant suggestions and things to do in the area. The condo was spotless. We are a family of 5 and we were able to spread out and enjoy the space. The condo is in a great location and also has great amenities. We took advantage of the pool and the little restaurant next to it. Highly recommend this gorgeous condo. Hope to be back in CR one day soon and will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Oscar!
