It's hard for me to imagine that people rate this place as 'clean' when the carpet is filthy and in desperate need of replacing. Every time the garage door to the building was used you could hear it vibrate as the unit sits directly over the door. The marina which is located adjacent is brightly lit all night long and it's hard to get the bedrooms dark to sleep. As another reviewer mentioned, the couches in the living room are horribly uncomfortable. The tv in the master didn't work. The location is convenient and the place is roomy, but this place was the worst I've ever stayed in.

Thank you for the feedback and for sharing your experience. We do a full deep clean of the unit including the carpets each spring, but we'll take another look throughout the space and address any areas that need extra attention. We understand the garage door noise can be an inconvenience, though it's unfortunately not something we're able to change given the building's structure. As for the marina lighting at night, we provide complimentary sleeping masks to all guests to help with that. We're glad the location and space worked well for you, and we'll continue looking for ways to improve the overall comfort of the unit.

The location was excellent and the condo itself was spacious, which made for a comfortable stay.The only downsides were related to check-in and a few details during our visit. Although check-in was listed as 4:00 PM, the condo wasn’t ready until about 4:25 PM. Even then, the dishwasher still needed to be unloaded and the towels were still drying in the dryer. We also would have appreciated instructions for operating the air conditioning, as it was difficult to keep the temperature consistent without guidance.Overall, the location and size of the condo were definite highlights, but a little more attention to check-in readiness and guest instructions would have made the experience even better.

Short Vacation with Family

Perfect location to bring our daughter to her her beach experience. Everything was as described and clean! Town and everything you need is just up the street. We had a great trip and will be back.

Prime location! 5 min from downtown and right by the marina and Clementines, which is yummy. Appreciative of the extra spices, amount of towels, toiletries & kids plates/cups. SO grateful for the provided eye masks as it is very bright all night long due to the location and there are no blackout curtains. If you can’t sleep in light, utilize these or plan accordingly. If you’re traveling with infants/kids, the closet in the master had 2 extra cots, is pitch black and could easily hold 2-3 pack and plays if needed. Master bath is also large and could be another place for a pack and play. This is a very spacious condo. Not having a garage door opener and only having a code was just a very minor inconvenience but you could always park outside if it bothered you that much. The condo is located right above the garage door, so you can hear that all night long. We used sound machines and had no issues!Couldn’t get the TV in the master to work, which was fine as we didn’t spend much time there but we also couldn’t get it to shut off completely so just unplugged it to get the screen to shut off. I have seen another review stating the tv also didn’t work for them either. Overall we’d come back! Again, the location is incredible and really walkable to downtown. It served us well with our toddler! Was clean enough and very spacious. Appreciated the extra commodities offered, the ease of parking and location.

Amazing lil getaway

The property is well kept in an amazing location. The highlight was the jacuzzi bathtub in the main room, but the whole place was clean.It was just a good place and their recommendations for restaurants or spot on.I would stay again.This was an amazing stay !

Wonderful, roomy condo close to downtown St. Joseph!

One of the nicest, roomiest condos we’ve ever stayed in! Really clean, LOTS of amenities and really well equipped/supplied! Could not have asked for a better condo for exploring the St Joe area! The city is SO nice! We had fun going in all the downtown shops and enjoyed lunch at Harbor Shores Brewery. Fun area to visit!

This property was very nice overall. My only suggestions would be a nicer couch in the living room. Both couches were very small and uncomfortable. The toilets both run constantly and were loud when we were trying to sleep.

Perfect Getaway

This property had everything you need to enjoy time away! Little extras like q-tips, full size shampoo/conditioner, makeup wipes and even hair ties! It was very clean and comfortable! It is within walking distance to the town, nice walk! The beach isn’t far and there are sand chairs and an umbrella that are with the unit! These owners thought of everything which was great! The beds are so comfortable and the water pressure was perfect! Would honestly recommend staying here!

Spacious Family Friendly Condo

The condo was clean & updated. It was close enough to the downtown area where we were able to walk (10-15 min) downtown each night for dinner/drinks/shopping. It was also a close drive to the beach (under 5 min). The place was spacious with plenty of room to stretch out & good furniture setup in the living room/kitchen areas. It was also well stocked with kitchen supplies including coffee, creamer, spices, etc. and also had beach chairs, umbrella, & cooler that were made available. Overall, it was a great space & we’d definitely stay again

Clean, comfortable, close to downtown

This property was immaculately clean, cozy, and comfortable for our family of 5. The hosts left conveniences like bottled water & popcorn for the kids, and a nice assortment of teas & other things for the adults. All the appliances seemed new. It was also very close to downtown. The garage door seemed to be having some mechanical issues while we were there, but if that was fixed we would have zero complaints. We would definitely stay again, and would recommend it to others.
