Great location, quiet beach, nearby to lots of conveniences. Crystal Beach is our favorite area in Destin and have been going there for 10 years. Property is beautiful and attention to detail is so nice vs just rental property. Don’t be fooled by not having beachfront access- to get your toes in the sand here is less of a walk than most condos that are directly on the beach. Our host was amazing in navigating hurricane Isaias and still making our trip still happen without canceling on us like a lot of renters did. Couldn’t recommend more!

Kitchen adequately stocked. There are only four true bedrooms so unless you have a lot of kids, the “sleeps 16” can be a bit awkward.

Location was great. The house had plenty of room. It could use some cleaning and repair of a few items. The pool needed maintenance and cleaning. Green when we arrived kids could only swim on Thursday and Friday.

We apologize for not earning 5 stars. The only request we received from your stay was pool maintenance which we sent out someone the same day you mentioned that it was not clear. We are unaware of any other issues. Hopefully you will find a property you’re happy with in the future.

Great location, easy short walk to beach. Worked great for multi-family get together! Got lots of use out of the pool and hot tub.fyi Kitchen doesn't have any ziplock bags, Saran, foil etc.

Nice house for a beach vacation. Ample rooms for the while family. Clean and stoked well with cooking utensils. Short walk to the beach. Which was an amazing white sand beach! The pool was a nice addition to the vacation and we used it alot! I would stay here again!

Amazing property

We stayed here with a group of 7 adults and 2 kids under 2 years old. There was plenty of space for each family to have their own room at night, which was amazing. The house is a little more worn than we expected, but the neighborhood and private pool were great. When we arrived, there was an issue with the hot tub, but Duane was super responsive and even got a tech to come out and fix the problem ASAP which was so appreciated. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this property to families looking for a quiet place to stay near the beach.

Excellent vacation home

We had a great family vacation at the house. It’s truly a short distance to the private beach and we loved that we could rent beach chairs and umbrellas. We also rent a golf cart and enjoyed driving it around the area. We will definitely be back.
