This brilliant townhome in Charlotte offers a tremendous stay for guests. With 2 cozy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials, including a bathtub and hair dryer, this place is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The additional living room space with a sofa bed adds extra comfort for your stay.
Immediately upon entering the living room you will be able to sit on a lavish
real Italian leather sofa. The living room is spacious and not crowded, the dining
area is new and plush and have sitting for four. The kitchen have quartz counter
tops. Recently ALL carpet from upstairs have been removed and replaced with waterproof laminate. No need to worry about dust mites or germs in carpet. Shower curtains have been replaced with glass shower doors, keeping in mind reasons for a very clean and safe home.

Iris's Home

We had a terrific stay. The house had everything we needed. My wife fell in love with the new oven and all of the appliances/TV's worked great. The sheets and towels were super soft and smelled so good. We will be coming to Greensboro to visit family a few times a year and we hope that Iris will have us!

Great house, great stay

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Irish was very easy to communicate, we had no trouble. House is well equipped, kitchen had everything we needed. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. We had great weather and loved enjoying our morning coffee on the back porch. Neighborhood is nice and quiet, super close to the friendly center! Would recommend to anyone visit with a big groyp!

Nice quiet neighborhood

This house was exactly as advertized. Very clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac so there is no street traffic. Fairly dated but I imagine at one point in time this was the neighborhood to be in. It met our needs perfectly.

Clean and convenient

We rented this house as a base for family activities prior to a weekend wedding. It was perfect for our needs, family of 4, one 5 year old, and 2 dogs. We didn't have the opportunity to cook, but the kitchen is fully equipped. We spent every morning on the deck, counting how many species of bird we could hear. The location is convenient to restaurants and stores. Our pets enjoyed the fully fenced yard. This was the first time in a long time we slept well in a rental house, on comfy beds. Thank you Irish for opening your home.

great weekend

Irish's place worked out wonderfully. It was close to HPU, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem. There was plenty of room and we could bring our Golden Retriever, which was a huge plus! Very clean, good communication with owner - we recommend it.

Great stay in Greensboro

The home is just like the listing. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Nice backyard for the family to be together. There were only a couple of things I wish were better. The main thing is there is only one sofa in the family room that is not very comfortable so seating is a problem. The dining table is right there so we sat on those chairs but it would have been nice to have more comfortable seating to watch TV. The other thing is we spent The Easter holiday here. There are not cookie sheets or baking pans. I had to go buy some. Otherwise totally enjoyed our time. Very centrally located to store and restaurants.

Exceptionally clean and well equipped

We spent 5 nights at this house just before Christmas. We arrived late and the host has left on lights for our after dark arrival. We were quite pleased about the exceptionally clean house and the kitchen was the best equipped of any rental we have visited. The host was easy to contact and very prompt with her responses. The host even left treats for both the humans and our little dog. It is hard to find a house with a fully fenced backyard so we felt good about the safety of our dog in this fully-fenced yard.

Quiet residential section of Greensboro, NC

My family and I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. During our stay, we hiked in the vicinity, did some shopping, sight seeing, and saw a concert at the Coliseum. Our stay was amazing. The house is located in a quiet section of the neighborhood. The driveway is long enough to fit at least 4 cars and there is some on street parking. The house was clean and there is a private deck off the back of the house. The owner cleaned the house thoroughly before our arrival and had excellent communication with us. We would definitely return.

Clean and Serene Greensboro Scene

If you're looking for a quiet, pretty, Greensboro place that accommodates up to 8 people in beds, with room for a few more in portable cribs or sleeping bags, this one-story super-clean home with nice, elevated patio and big, fenced backyard (you can bring a few dogs, as we did) is your ticket. It has 2 bathrooms and a half-bath, kitchen with more than adequate cookware, plates, utensils, etc., and modern almost-new kitchen and laundry appliances. If you need anything, personable owner Irish is nearby, and quickly responsive. We were there for a daughter's wedding and it was perfect.

Nice one story beautiful and comfy house

This was a friendly neighborhood, clean well stocked, beautifully decorated home. I loved being able to find my own alone space in this home. Irish was warm, friendly, and very welcoming. She was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Would stay here again.

Wedding week

Extended weekend

The property was very clean. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed.The back patio was a nice place to relax. The fenced in backyard was a lifesaver! We brought our little dog and a friend visited with a dog, also. Prior to arriving I had a couple of conversations with Irish and she was very helpful. We wish there had been more seating near the tv. And the water pressure in the master bath was low. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Home away from home

My family enjoyed staying in a home much more than a hotel room. It was nice to have a space for friends and family to come and visit with us. The kitchen was stocked with any utensils needed. The house was clean and comfortable. Our dogs adored the large fenced back yard and making friends through the fence with neighbors dogs.

Comfortable, clean, welcoming, and spacious!

My family (4 adults, 3 young children, and a dog) very much enjoyed our three-night stay at the house while visiting relatives in NC. Irish is a very attentive and accommodating host - she responded very quickly to questions and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The house is spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and there is parking on-site. Safety is a primary concern for us, given that we have young children, and we were happy with that the house is situated in a private neighborhood, away from a lot of street traffic, is well-organized, and kid-friendly. Our dog also enjoyed her stay, and we appreciated the fact that we couldn't tell that other furry friends stayed there previously (i.e., the house was very clean, with no evidence of fur!). We really appreciate all that Irish did to ensure our stay in NC was pleasant, and we highly recommend this house to other families! Thank you!
