This stylish, single-level home features a convenient location, modern decor and a private fenced backyard with a firepit and charcoal grill. Comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Just 2 miles from Texas A&M University, it`s ideal for families, game days, or local events.

This bright and inviting retreat in College Station offers a comfortable and convenient base for your visit to Aggieland. The stylish living room is designed for relaxation with ample comfortable seating and a smart TV for streaming your favorite services. The well-equipped full kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals, complemented by a cozy breakfast table for dining. This charming home features three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms.

This place is absolutely perfect. They really thought of everything and even had grill brushes to clean the bbq pit as well as all the utensils for grilling. The home is nice and super clean. Plenty of space and the back yard and fire pit is really nice. The host was quick to respond to any questions or requests we had and was so helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to any traveling to the area and will definitely be booking here for our next trip out. I've stayed at alot of Vrbos throughout the years and this place was top notch for cleanliness, thoughtfulness of the host to stock everything you would need for your stay and the location is great as well!!!!

Aggie Family Weekend

This place was the perfect place to spend the weekend with our family. Close enough to campus to be part of activities. Plenty of room to stay in and relax. The host was great and very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Relaxing weekend

This house was everything we needed and more. The backyard area was perfect for hanging out and nighttime fires. The house was clean and well equipped with everything you need for a weekend stay. It was in a great location and night time was quiet. We will book this house again. Owner was easy to work with as well!

Graduation Weekend

Our family stayed at this home and really enjoyed it. It was easy to get to (good location near the campus and stores), clean and, very comfortable. We had 7 adults visiting after the graduation and had plenty of room. Four of us stayed the night. The bedrooms were very comfortable as well. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions too. We will stay here again. It had everything we needed.

Cozy, Convenient & Clean

We stayed at the Cozy Home to visit my son at Texas A & M. The home lives up to its name. Our experience was that the home was:- Cozy, comfortable beds and amenities - Convenient, great location to the University and attractions - Clean, well kept home located in a nice and safe neighborhood We already have the Cozy home booked again for an upcoming soccer tournament in College Station.
