Adorable 3 bedroom /2 bathroom house with private dock, pool and amazing canal views, it accommodates up to 8 guests. The location is great with the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores close by. It is tastefully furnished that includes a large outside play/relax area with air hockey and pool table, pool area with lounge chairs and boat dock for 35 foots boat to enjoy the amazing sunsets. Kitchen has everything you need, includes towels & linen, Wifi, basic cable, TVs, laundry and garage.



The Space:

The home is tastefully furnished and comes with everything you need to enjoy Florida living at its best. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms, two of them with king-size beds and one with two twin beds with trundle, and two beautiful bathrooms, a gorgeous and modern kitchen fully equipped with a pantry table for 4 people, a beautiful formal dining room for 8, a spacious living room with TV, large outside play/relax area with air hockey and pool table, pool area with lounge chairs, an outdoor bar with 4 stools (there is not outside Tv anymore as show the pictures), an outside dining table with umbrella and chairs, a BBQ and boat dock for 35 foot's boat with sofa and chair to enjoy the amazing sunsets! There are also 2 kayaks available for your use. Enjoy your home away from home! A Ring Camera is next to the front door for your security and ours. Enjoy extras like complimentary Wi-Fi, bathroom towels, linens, pool towels, and a full-size washer and dryer in the kitchen area. Upon request, we can provide a travel crib and a high chair for kids. As a courtesy, we provide a welcome kit with toilet and cleaning items that include: a dishwasher, detergent/sponge, paper towel, garbage bags, toilet paper, bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner. We will not be responsible for filling them during your stay.



EXTRA FEES:

-Pets are Welcome! The pet fee is $ 150 / pet per stay.

-The pool heating rate is $ 30 per day for the total days of your stay, let us know as soon as possible if you need it, it takes approximately two days to heat up.

-The barbecue fee is $ 50 per complete stay, including the propane tank and cleaning.



HOUSE RULES:

-Minimum booking age: Primary guest must be 25+ and may be asked to show ID.

-No smoking: Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside or outside. $500 fine will be charged to the deposit if violated.

-No parties or events. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

-Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

-No food in bedrooms to help prevent pests and stains.

-No glass outdoors (pool/patio areas) for safety.

-Pool safety: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No unsupervised children in the pool—ever.

-Kayaks: Use is at your own risk. Please return kayaks to the dock and place paddles back in the pool area next to the storage box after use.

-Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes (even “flushable”), feminine products, or paper towels. Any blockage or damage will be charged to the guest.
