This fully updated and fully furnished contemporary home is located on a salt water ocean access canal. It features all the amenities that could be desired for fine South Florida living including a pool, dock for boating and fishing, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and spacious living areas that boasts a large family room area with a large high definition TV. Florida Beach property truly has something for everyone. . For the safety and security of our guests, we have three cameras on the exterior of our property (front yard, back yard and side yard).

This home is in a lovely area, very well located and safe. The house was comfortable and inviting and we had a lovely lovely stay. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, beautiful public space for families to convene, it was truly lovely.

Pleasant stay in FLL

The house was spacious and clean with amenities that were convenient for a relaxed vacation. My sons specially enjoyed the pool. The house is also a short drive to the beach and close to the highway.

Ft Lauderdale Fun

We really enjoyed staying at this home. The home was clean and neat. It was centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. It is located near many restaurants and not too far from the beaches and shopping. Our host was easy to contact and promptly replied to any questions we had.

Very spacious, sunny and clean, in a very calm residential neighborhood - it was very quiet during our stay, but might be more lively when school is in session, given the proximity to a school. Comfortably furnished with well-functioning air-conditioning. There are a few visible signs of wear & tear - it is not a brand new house - but the overall feeling is that it is well attended to. About a 45 minute walk to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, which was charming (but be sure to apply a good sunscreen before you start)

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay here. The open floor plan was nice and it had almost everything we needed for our 10 days stay. The host was quick to respond to a few questions we had.

Great House

Stayed here for the Eras Tour in Miami at the Hard Rock Stadium. Nice and easy commute to and from the event. The house was great. Hosts were very communicative and easy to get in touch with for questions. The pool was very nice to have as well. Highly recommend!

Perfect.

Stay was perfect from start to finish. Home was just as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. Owners were very nice and check in was a breeze. Being from PA we got to experience a lot of firsts just from the backyard! Pool is beautiful and fenced but canal is wide open, so definitely have to watch your kiddos! We had no issues and had an amazing time!!! Thanks again!!!

My family and myself enjoyed everything thing about the home. They area was perfect and quiet. The kids and myself went fishing on the deck for hours. It was enough beds for everyone. We would definitely come back

Lovely place

We were very comfortable in this space. Very clean and very nice. The only issue we had, and would normally not be a problem here, was the heat kept tripping the breaker and required resetting every 15 minutes or so. Communicated with owner and they assisted. The heat issue would not keep me from renting this property again. Centrally located and quiet. We did not use the pool as the weather was unseasonably cold but it looked quite lovely. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful home
better than the pictures!

This home was absolutely beautiful! It was very spacious, clean, and the furniture is lovely. The pool area was also very nice, although we did not have an opportunity to use it due to the brief cold spell in FL. The view and access to the canal was also ideal in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were very responsive and pleasant! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this property and our vacation. Highly recommended!

Men's getaway

Myself and 3 of my cousins did a men's getaway and stayed at the home. It was very spacious and clean. Lots of utensils for cooking or baking. The pool is big and nice. We didn't fish, but the canal is right out back. And also in a good location to go buy groceries or eat out. We had a great time.

Quite a gem!

Great property. Very clean and lots of space. Close to everything you could possibly want to do, but not walking distance. No problem for us as we had a car. Jeff and Janelle were excellent hosts and answered all our questions within minutes. Very nice outdoor pool. And lovely little dock to sit outside.. Quiet neighborhood.

Splendid

Our party of 7 had a great weekend getaway at this property. The place is well-maintained and has a nice layout to accommodate a family or large group. The pool was clean and inviting. The deck area in the backyard is cute and adds to the serene environment in the pool area. My only comment about the deck area is that if you are traveling with small children, you need to keep a strict eye on them, as there is no barrier to prevent them from getting to the deck. The neighborhood has a quiet, suburban vibe, which we appreciated. We would definitely rent this property again.

Very clean

The house was very clean and accommodating. The living area is extremely spacious. The kitchen was nice. We didn’t do any cooking so not sure if they had enough stuff to cook with but they seem to have had most things. The pool was kept up and clean. My only complaint was they had no lounge chairs to lounge at the pool area. With having a pool I feel like that was a must have. I would recommend booking to people but please note the bed sizes. We had 2 adult couples. A full size bed is very small for 2 adults and would recommend a king size in the master. We did make due as one couple slept in separate room due to the full size bed.

Not sure how to begin this review...house was full of ants which got into all our food in our plates of leftovers which was covered. Ants in the kitchen and bathroom. AC was barely working we had to run the fans the entire stay. The owners response was...its normal to have insects in this area. Owner did NOTHING no compensation for the lost of our food we brought...NOTHING! NO FOLLOW-UP or apology just took our money! I am generally not a person who complains but i couldn't let this one go by and. Not say anything.... DO NOT STAY HERE!

Family Vacation

Firstly the pictures are accuarate, the place does look like what is seen. Very open spacious plenty room. The swimming pool fence is about 4ft tall difficult for children to get into which is perfect. Its why we booked this place with a 3yr old autistic son safety is extremely important. The downfall was the canal is located to the left of the property and is not fenced off This should be disclosed as it is open which made things worrying with 4 small kids. The owners seem like nice genuine people but our stay was very stressful from day 1. Arriving at the property the house was in the 90s with no signs of cooling the AC was broken and wasnt fixed until day 2. We bought fans to try help with the cooling which we kindly left for them to use for future residents. Day 2 the fridge broke. All the food we purchursed was bad and spoiled. The host did eventually reimburse us for the loss of the food. Day 4 the dryer broke and wasnt fixed until after we left. Day 5 the washer broke. Also wasnt fixed until after we left. When booking a property we carefully selected where we were gonna stay and looked at reviews from previous guest. Which lead us to this property. But No AC, Fridge, washer dryer as a family was not ideal at all. We checked out 1 day early as there was no clean towels, sheets or clothes. We did ask to be reimbursed for the 1 day we left and they finally granted a 1 day refund. But this is where issues arose were claims made we damaged there property!

You get exactly what you see in the pictures

What an amazing gem of a house. It was spacious and clean. It's located within driving distance to the beach and it has a nice pool. The owner is kind and accommodating. If you have to stay in the Fort Lauderdale area, this is the VRBO to stay at.
