"Turtle Vista" is a pristine 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom home that is perfect for your family getaway! Enjoy the incredible OIB sunrises and sunsets by taking a short walk up to Widows Peak, or simply relax by the private pool with outdoor shower. This property was named "Turtle Vista" because there are always so many turtle's to be seen in the pond located behind the home! This property is located on the west end of the island and includes "Islander Beach Club" privileges. In addition to the private pool located at the property you will have access to an oceanfront pool and bar located at The Isles. Your pass will be found on the property.

This family-friendly retreat is thoughtfully equipped to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay for everyone. We provide all linens and bath towels so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your trip.

Family dinners will be a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen. There's a large island, so everyone can get their hands dirty. Feeling more like BBQ? Don't worry; we've got you covered there as well! Out by the pool, you have a propane grill with plenty of space to cook up your family's favorites! The large decks throughout the home provide seating and show off the beautiful views of Ocean Isle Beach. The home also provides several common spaces, such as the first-floor den, which features a wet bar and cozy seating, the second-floor living and dining area, and the third-floor loft, providing enough space for everyone in the family to relax or enjoy a few games at the foosball table.

Our prime location offers easy access to shopping and the pristine beach, allowing you to explore and enjoy the area easily. Room 5: Queen with bath in hallway
There is a pull-out sleeper sofa located in the loft on the 3rd level. There is a full bath on this level.

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is about a 2-minute walk from the property to The Isle Beach Club. Walk down to the end of Via Dolorosa and make a right turn. The Isles Beach Club is located on the right side of West 2nd Street, and there is a beach access available for you to use.


HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.


CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
