WELCOME TO Ocean Bay Club 409
When arriving at the property you will have plenty of parking in our dedicated covered parking garage, and will have (4) parking passes waiting on you upstairs for your vehicles. Taking one of the 4 elevators up to the 4th floor or the stairwell you will appreciate the ocean views and the breeze that blows in right off the Atlantic from our landing area of the condo.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Each bedroom provides comfort and privacy, complete with Smart TVs and coastal-inspired decor. Each bed will be freshly made prior to your arrival, towels and wash cloths are provided as well. Our home is made for families or groups looking to have room to relax and space to sneak away for the quieter moments as well.

I love the themed bed rooms, the unit was clean and convenient to Kroger and Walmart. The unit was clean and had everything a kitchen need from cook/ corning/silver ware.

A nice oceanfront unit at a reasonable price. Perfect amount of space for a four man golf trip. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros:The location was wonderful and the space was perfect for our 9 person getaway. Each room was themed and had little stories about the family with reccomendations. Being on the beach was great and we were walking distance from many bars/restaurants/shops & a very short drive from any other tourist attractions the area had to offer. Check in was easy and seamless. Cons: We walked in and a picture fell off the wall and would have fallen right onto a child’s head if it hadn’t been partially glued the last time it fell. Most of the dressers had broken drawers and closets were missing knobs. The unit had every kitchen tool you could imagine, but didn’t have basic household items like dish soap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies or laundry detergent. There was one fresh roll of toilet paper in all 3 bathrooms when we arrived but no spare rolls to be found when we ran out. (4 days for 9 people) There were also no spare towels (for the bath) and no beach/pool towels available for use which paired with the empty laundry detergent required another trip to the store. While the check-out time was clearly communicated (10am) while trying to pack up 5 small children with all of their stuff we were surprised to find the cleaning woman had already blocked the hallway with a bag of fresh linens/cleaning supplies and was standing outside waiting for us to vacate AT 10 which seemed a bit unlike the Southern Hospitality we normally find in SC. Would come again, just with more stuff!

Great location and very comfortable condo. Great girls getaway, much needed :) 4 Adults and 4 kids The pool and lazy river were absolute favorite for the kids!!

Great location, lovely view!

9 of us stayed 4 nights, 6/2025. Condo is older, with a few issues, but nothing that detracted too much from our stay. It was fairly clean, just a few crumbs on the table and the balcony hadn't been swept in quite some time. Linens were clean. Our biggest problem was that we needed sheets for the fold-out couch/bed, and could not locate any at all. I tried to communicate this via the email chain used previously with the manager, but didn't get a response. We solved the problem ourselves, as it was bedtime. Note that wristbands are needed in the pool area if security is present. Overall a good stay, with a little updating the condo could be great.
