This was the perfect property for a beach getaway with extended family. The house layout was excellent with bathrooms in every bedroom and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. The home was well-stocked with cooking supplies and was very clean on arrival. The location was great with an easy walk to the beach or into town. We would definitely rent this house again.

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The accommodations were exactly as described, and the attention to detail made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, and the host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire experience easy from check-in to check-out. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. we loved that every room had its own bathroom. There was so much space for everyone. Our host communication was the best and I love how they checked in from time to time. Great stay we are all looking forward to going again.

Great Property

Great home for a large group. Well appointed and well supplied with cooking essentials. All 5 bedrooms having their own ensuite bathroom was fantastic!! Quick walk to the beach. Fabulous stay!

Great Stay!

The location was great. The host was responsive. We loved having the pool table and ping pong table in the garage! The house was perfect for multiple families, every bedroom had a full bathroom! Bring your own sheets and blankets if you’re using the pullout couch upstairs. Also, the house could use extra towels for the bathrooms and kitchen.

No beach view but 5 minute walk to the beach. Couple of reasons for not giving 5 star ratings:1. Dead cockroaches in Kitchen and Living. (Have pictures if needed)2. Absolutely no condiments in Fridge. If the future guests are planning to enjoy to-go food, Plan to purchase basic condiments such as ketchup, mayo, salt, sugar etc....

Starting the week of trip I informed that I would be traveling with 2 two year olds and asked to check in a little earlier. I spoke to some I texted on portal and all the info given was the same.I expressed the importance but was told I needed an approval and that I needed to wait until 10 am day of check in. Was told that I would get notified by phone text or message. None of that happened. I get there at 4 pm as that was my check in regular time. Code sent was not working. I called John no help at all as a matter of fact he sounded frustrated and rudely stated he was busy with customers! I told him I AM A CUSTOMER!!! I call Grand and I spoke to a lady that gave 5 different codes by the time one worked. By this time our 2 two year olds were screaming and crying cause it was hot they were tired from the travel plus the heat. We waited 35 min before we could enter. Then we were setteling in to relax and watch a movie and one bedroom which was my room did not have a box to connect to the TV . The WiFi was not connected so we couldn’t even watch tv on our I pads. The issue of WiFi and a box was not fixed until 2:30 pm the next day which was on Saturday. So that was just about 24 hours of no WiFi or tv in my room.The up stairs was there was no hot water for showers. So over all I did not have a good experience at the house. I know that you tried to make it by tossing 125.00 for the inconvenience which is appreciated however we paid over 2400.00 and the 125 did not make up
