Nice enough house that is up for sale. Needs lots of fixes here and there nothing too major other than the master tub and the washer not working right.

Emily was quick to respond about the shower handles that needed repair. Took the plumber a few hours while we were unpacking and trying to get organized. Some bathrooms needed more cleaning. No paper towels available. Beds were great!!Couldn’t get the TV to work down stairs. Thank you for our stay

We enjoyed the simple arrangements of the furniture and the open spaces that made it feel relaxing. It was perfect assess to town and highway for our meetings and shopping ventures. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The initial communication was great. We arrived in town early evening and the house was easy to get to and everything was clean.Unfortunately the master bathroom light didn’t work. We let the property management know and they directed us to spare bulbs on the garage. There must be an electrical issue because that didn’t work so we had to purchase a light so we could see to shower.Additionally none of the plugs worked in the master bedroom and several in the next room also didn’t work.The faucet in the shower in the master bathroom was very loose and it was really difficult to change the temperature of the water and none of the showers had soap. We let the management company know all these things but they never responded after we let them know that the spare bulbs didn’t work.Overall it was fine but just frustrating that no one got back to us.

Overnight for a Joplin Wedding

Nice stay - and accommodated our group very well. There was a pesky oven timer that kept going off . I'm sure it will be an easy fix, but for the life of us, we couldn't get it to stay off.Once spring cleaning has occurred outside, the patio will be a nice place to sit and enjoy.Thank you for opening up your home!

Great house! Just as listed

Home was very spacious and we were all very comfortable. Communication with Emily was excellent. Very responsive and informative. Great location too!! Enjoyed our stay and will rent again in the future.

Blue Heron came through

This property was a perfect fit for our family, who came to town for the funeral of a loved one. The beds were extremely comfortable and provided the much needed rest for our road weary travelers. The location was nearly perfect for us and offered quick access to I-44, Rangeline drive and Main Street. We will most likely be booking here again in the future. Thank you for the quick responses and great rental experience.
