New home with a spacious fenced in back yard and fire pit. Come enjoy a perfect place to get together. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. This home is located only a few miles from downtown Joplin where you can enjoy shops, restaurants, and other fun activities. The home is also located a few miles from the Joplin airport and Briarbrook Clubhouse (golf-course, and restaurant). ***Please enter in the correct number of guests for your stay to see accurate pricing. Base price is for 4 guests, additional guests are $10/guest/night. Failure to enter in correct guest count will result in $20/guest/night. Max occupancy of 12 total guests.

Amazing home to stay in. Host provided enough towels and linens everything in working order. The aesthetic of the home was great! Will definitely be booking this home again!

The home was very clean and spacious. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee included. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely recommend.

This house was great! Very clean and had everything we needed. Check in & check out were easy and simple. It was a good space for friends with kids to get away together. We would definitely book it again if we were in the area.

Great Location

Overall it was really good!!!!!!!! We were there for a wedding at 96 Elite - beautiful venue. This VRBO Great Location!!!!! Honestly would stay again and would recommend - Tips: Kitchen: I didn't find a crock pot. Do have coffee filters! Spices! Laundry: Lights come on, but really don't light up anything. Mstr Bdrm: Needs a sitting bench or some chairs. Bathroom: I didn't find a blow dryer. 2 Spare Bedrooms - desperately needs black out curtains!!!!!!! Overall: Needs a good deep fall cleaning! Don't get me wrong it was clean, but grout cleaning, carpets cleaned, paint touch-up baseboards most definitely, touch up walls, add door stoppers so walls don't get damaged, Mr Clean magic eraser the doors, broom sweep all spider webs outside.

A Little Rough, But Things Made Right

A little mixup in the checkin as the entry code wasn’t correct. Upon arrival, the lights were on for us and the host provided a welcome gift of beverages and snacks. The property had some significant damage to walls and electrical issues in the laundry room that the host wasn’t aware of. Because the host isn’t local to the property, the condition from previous guests had not been brought to their attention to repair. Apologies were offered. The yard was quite tall and that was addressed during our stay. The ability to use an amenity as described was not available, but the host made this right with a compensation. All in all, the location was wonderful, the property was comfortable, and the house provided all the space we needed for 8 people.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a little way from our main destination in Carthage MO. but it was ok. We might rebook for next year if we decide to do this next year.

Tournament Stay

Upfront the listing should tell you that he requires a very large deposit or Mandatory insurance which significantly raises the cost of this house. This house is nice but in need of some upkeep. Baseboards, Paint and broken glass. Not horrible but on a house that requires insurance or large deposit it was in need of repair. The other thing to note is this house has no blinds and you can see in every window thru the thin curtains they have up. We hung blankets but did not like that at all. The Gross couch is covered by a sheet. What really got to us was when we went to check out this morning and took the pillowcases off all the pillows had dark brown and red stains. Checkout procedures say to remove sheets only. Which leads me to believe they do not wash comforters between rentals. Definitely in the bottom 2 of places we have ever stayed.

Very accommodating

There were 10 of us who stayed here. It accommodated all of us very well. The host was quick to respond when I had questions. Nice neighborhood. Close to stores to get groceries. Would definitely recommend & if we are ever back in that area would definitely consider staying again.

Nice location and floor plan but very dirty home

When you first walk in you notice how nicely the home is laid out but upon walking into the bedrooms you will see all the walls and trim were in need of a good cleaning. Two of the bedrooms faced an adjacent home and had just thin see through curtains. We moved the bed away from the wall for to gain better accessibility to entering the bed and found old food and several inches of dust and dirt so we checked the other bedrooms and they also were very dirty with dust and debris. When taking a shower the main bathroom shower had someone’s hair stuck all over in the shower. This home needs a thorough deep cleaning and some paint touch up. We took several photos and would be happy to upload.
