This place welcomes pets. The large, fully fenced rear yard is the best illustration of that. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. We were not there long enough to watch the projection TV.Thank you for a great stay.

The house was very clean and the beds were comfy! We enjoyed the back patio and yard. Definitely pet friendly with a fenced backyard.My only real challenge was I have bad knees and the front 2 steps are pretty tall and there are no hand rails. Fortunately my husband was there to help me. It would also be nice if there were hangers on the bedroom and bathrokm.doors to hang towels and clothes. Especially since there is no closet in the large bedroom.All-in-all it was a very good choice!

We have known our property manager, Sarah, for almost 20 years now and there's no one we trust more to manage and maintain our properties. We believe that location is everything and we know we have that with The Virginia. Just a few minutes off of I-44 and situated right in between both hospitals in Joplin, we believe we have the perfect place to stay whether you're in town as a pit stop or here to care for a loved one or for work.

A plethora of dining options are within walking distance, and so many more within a 15-20 drive. Joplin does offer Uber Eats and DoorDash, and there's a pharmacy within walking distance.

This location also has an incredible private back yard with an 8 ft privacy fence. The seating area is shaded in the evening and has a cute set of party lights for just the right vibe to relax.
