Your rental includes full use of all amenities available to owners in the exclusive Abbey Springs Community on Lake Geneva. Enjoy a cocktail, dinner, and entertainment at the lakefront "Yacht Club" restaurant. Bring your family to the lakefront firepits or picnic tables, with guest-use grills. Or enjoy "Below Deck" at our outdoor grill with bar service.

We know what you want, and we work hard to keep our 90+ 5 star VRBO reviews and Platinum status. Currently, there are a few prime 3, 4, and 7, night stays left. Now is the time to relax and get ready to enjoy a sunset dinner at our lakefront restaurant, the Yacht Club, our fine dining restaurant and lounge. Just breakfast or lunch? Join us at The Grille for a sumptuous breakfast or lunch (check hours for availability). Additionally you will have a private golf cart to get to all of the free amenities in Abbey Springs including a 4.5 star PGA rated golf course, pickleball, 400' of lakefront beach with life guards, park, indoor and outdoor pools w life guards, kiddy pool, sauna, locker room, modern fitness facility, sand volley ball, bocce, 4 clay tennis courts, a marina, 2 outdoor dining options, gas fire pits. (Guests pay a reduced fee for golf). It's time to treat yourself and guests to enjoy your stay in one of the finest residential. gated and private communities in the Midwest.

The condo features a king bed in the master bedroom w flat screen, a queen in the guest room, Wi-Fi, a 65" flat-screen TV, and a sofa bed that sleeps two in the living room. Beach towels, life jackets, grill, and outdoor deck dining. The unit has a maximum occupancy of six. Unit is ground level with washer ,dryer and kitchen with cook ware for 6.
Many guests chose to spend their time enjoying all the on-site amenities. But in addition, you can explore Lake Geneva’s charming shops and attractions, boat tours, sunset cruises, summer and fall fests, and more Visit Big Foot, one of the States natural parks.

Abbey Springs is a wonderful place to vacation! This rental had everything we needed, and felt like home away from home. The golf cart was a huge highlight for our kids to cruise around on and check out all of the beautiful views and wildlife right inside the gates of abbey springs. We loved their indoor and outdoor pool options, as well as the zero gravity kiddy pool. Fantastic rental! Would love to come back in the future!

Abbey Springs is one of the Midwest most highly rated family resorts.
We have vacationed and owned property in Lake Geneva for 18 years. We currently own a 2 bd. 1 bath 1000 sq. ft condo.. We recently remodeled the bedrooms and purchased new king size master bedroom furniture. and replaced the bunk beds w a queen bed. Available to rent for a weekend, week or month . This property has undergone a complete renovation and is available for Summer Autumn/ 2023 rentals. (But filling up fast)

Our children and granddaughters enjoy the resort atmosphere where there is always something to do. Bands on weekends, Club sponsored cookouts, and Smore's parties. There's always something going on in Abbey Springs. And you can walk or take your golf carts to go anywhere on the property. We love the option to cook in our kitchen, grill on the Weber or take the golf cart (included ) to one of the three Abbey Springs restaurants. These town homes were beautifully designed and decorated for our family and provide the Lake feel that only Historic Lake Geneva offers. Our home offers a short walk to the clubhouse or take the golf cart. Enjoy!!!

The kids love the nightly visits from the deer which are prevalent in the area. It offers 2 bedrooms a fully equipped kitchen w island, living and dining area. Outdoor deck with grill and seating,. a fire-pit, two plasma TV's and DVD player, board games, golf cart Tommy Bahama beach chairs and beach toys. And best of all it has full access for you and your guests to all the amenities Abbey Springs has to offer. Please read the reviews.

A beachfront picnic area w grills and a playground Lifeguard protected swim and beach area w diving rafts. The adjacent Yacht Club hosts the main dining room and bar w an elegant menu and 270 degree view of the lake. It's open nightly for dinner w entertainment weekends and Holidays. "Below Deck" is an outdoor lakefront grille offering a complete selection of grilled favorites from 8oz burgers, brats, chicken, shrimp and fish Tacos' to exotic drinks. ice cream and more. Feeling competitive there's 2 groomed Bocce Courts, pickleball, tennis, a basketball court and sand Volleyball. Or enjoy the beachfront yoga. The10 million dollar club renovation has a cabana lined outdoor pool w kidde pool, 4 clay tennis courts, pickle-ball courts, pro shop and the Abbey's third restaurant overlooking the golf course, putting green and driving range. Weather not cooperating enjoy the Olympic sized indoor pool, arcade, racquetball court, sauna or whirlpool. workout and fitness rooms with 20 aerobic machines and a full circuit of weight training.
Finally Abbey Springs has an 18 hole championship golf course available to renters at an owner discount. Groomed fairways, challenging greens, beautiful rolling layout w 5 Lake Geneva view holes.
