Incredible cottage

A short but wonderful stay. Owner has everything you need and more. Most accommodating place I’ve ever stayed. We will be back and absolutely recommend staying here!!

Graduation stay

We came in for our son’s graduation and this was the perfect home for our family. We had plenty of room, the home was beautiful and very clean. Cynthia was a fantastic host and added snacks and breakfast foods, which was a nice surprise! I’d definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful Bentonville

Our family of four stayed two nights and had a great time. Bentonville was great. The communication with the owners was outstanding. The property fit our family of four perfectly. It is practically a new house. The property is a little ways away from the hot spots but not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving visit

This home was the perfect location for our long Thanksgiving getaway!! This town is booming with things to do. The home was in a quiet neighborhood and very clean. Cynthia provided easy instructions and great communication during the stay. This home had everything we needed to feel comfortable, go in and out as needed. I plan to stay here again during my next visit!! Thanks so much Cynthia for making this trip an amazing experience!!

This was the perfect space for me and my partner! We slept on the queen bed and there would have been room more guests on the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. The open concept of the cottage was great for relaxing after fun days spent exploring downtown Bentonville (only 10 minutes away!). The bathroom and kitchen were stocked well and appreciated that laundry detergent was provided too! The hostess, Cynthia, was a very attentive host and provided clear information regarding our stay. She even provided us with an indoor bike rack which was super helpful. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Fantastic Stress-Fee Stay

This property was exactly as described. The cottage was so comfortable and cozy. It was spotless and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay! The location was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.Cynthia was an awesome host! The communication was great. She made us feel valued. She left goodies for us to enjoy. That was so sweet.I would highly recommend this property. We will stay here again the next time we visit.
