This is a privately owned unit in this beautiful luxurious hotel. You will be ablex to enjoy its amenities, however, there are a few guidelines that we need to comply with.

FEES AND DEPOSIT

‣ RESORT FEE: $45.20/night (taxes included already) includes:
* 2 Beaches chairs & Umbrellas.
* Sunrise Yoga Classes
* 2 hours bike rentals for 2 adults
* 2 Bottles of water in room and on pool deck
* Local and toll free calls
* Internet access
* Access to the pool deck and whirlpool
* Fitness Center

‣ OPTIONAL FEES
Valet Parking Fee: $64.20 per night (Optional) Please let us know at time of booking if you need parking.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
There will be a link that you need to fill out to provide your card information for the below.  
- $500/night damage deposit authorization (This is not an actual, only an Authorization hold for incidentals) 

4. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING ROOM
STRICTLY NO Smoking in the hotel or the room. Minimum of $500 will be incurred if guest smokes in the room
